摘 要

在企业经济活动中，营运资金是公司正常运作的基本保证，它很好地反映了企业资金的日常状况、业务的质量和经济效益，合理的营运资金资金管理对于企业来说是至关重要的，而营运资金的健全管理将会影响企业的生存和发展。美的集团是我国十大家用电器公司之一，也是我国最有影响力的家用电器品牌之一。本文以美的集团为主要研究的对象，通过查阅文献、收集相关资料等方式，对美的2015到2017年度企业营运资金的相关数据进行描述。利用渠道理论，全面分析美的资金管理现状，然后结合具体问题分析并提出相应的完善建议。最后得出美的整体渠道管理较为良好，但是在采购和销售环节需要进一步加强管控的结论。本文对美的营运资金的钻研，一方面是将理论知识与现实案例结合起来阐发，另一方也希望可以给美的或者其他家用电器制造企业提供借鉴。

Study on risk management and strategy of enterprise working capital

-- taking midea group as an example

Abstract

In enterprise economic activities, the basic guarantee of working capital is the company"s normal operation, it reflects well the enterprise funds daily status, quality and economic benefit of the business, reasonable working capital fund management is crucial for companies, and improve the management of working capital will affect the survival and development of the enterprise. Midea Group is one of China"s top ten home appliance companies and one of the most influential home appliance brands in China. This paper takes midea group as the main research object, and describes the relevant data of its corporate working capital from 2015 to 2017 by consulting literature and collecting relevant materials. Using the channel theory, this paper analyzes the current situation of its capital management, and then analyzes the specific problems and puts forward the corresponding Suggestions for improvement. Finally, it comes to the conclusion that the overall channel management of midea is relatively good, but the procurement and sales links need to further strengthen the control. The study of enterprise working capital in this paper, on the one hand, combines theoretical knowledge with practical cases, and on the other hand, hopes to provide reference for midea group or other household appliance enterprises.

1.1.1 研究背景

营运资金保证企业正常的生产运作，有效的营运资金管理不仅提升企业营运资金的周转率，降低企业的资金成本，更进一步提高了企业在同行业中的竞争实力，提升了企业的整体价值。所以全球化迅速发展的今天，企业对于系统，全面，协调的营运资金管理要求越来越高。国外对于企业营运资金管理的研究较早，研究的内容和理论也较为完整全面。而国内营运资金理论方面的研究比国外较晚，但是由于我国专家学者对于营运资金的不断努力研究创新，以及对外国文献的借鉴和学习，我国对营运资金管理理论的研究也得到了重大进展。从研究方向上看，营运资金的研究已经开始从传统的单个项目管理转变为渠道管理，从一开始单一的财务视角发展到多角度多层次的丰富视角，并进入到一个崭新的研究阶段，这体现了现代化财务管理一体化的模式。除了传统基于要素的营运资金管理理论，现代的渠道理论和价值链理论也被更多地企业运用与实施。对于制造业企业来说，营运资金对于一个企业的重要程度是显而易见的。白电行业作为家电制造业的重要一员，近几年的发展道路跌宕起伏。是以，对家电制造企业营运资金的钻研和学习也是当务之急。
