摘 要

随着当前经济的快速发展和管理体制的完善，公司的财务管理水平也在逐步提高。现金流管理是企业财务管理的核心，因此现金流管理的重要性越来越突出。它对公司的财务决策、控制和持续经营起着非常重要的作用。近20年来，随着经济的迅猛发展，高新技术企业已成为一支新的经济力量，在日益激烈的市场竞争中发展迅速。从财务管理的角度看，企业要想在巨大的市场压力下生存和发展，必须加强现金流管理。现金流量充足的企业相较于那些严重依赖外部融资的企业占有绝对的市场优势，这使得现金流管理在一家企业的生存、管理和发展中起着举足轻重的作用，成为决定企业投资水平的重要因素。

本文通过大量地阅读现金流管理相关著作与文献，运用理论分析方法和案例分析方法着重分析管理体系中存在的优势和劣势，并找出存在的问题。从中发现各层面现金流管理的问题，然后针对所存在的问题进行更深入的分析研究。本人将针对其中的劣势和存在的问题提出相应的优化方案，找到高新技术企业现金流管理的有效途径。

A brief analysis of the ways of strengthening cash flow management in Chinese high-tech enterprises

Abstract

With the rapid development of the current economy and the improvement of management system, the company"s financial management level is also gradually improving. Cash flow management is the core of enterprise financial management, so the importance of cash flow management is becoming more and more prominent. It plays a very important role in the company"s financial decision-making, control and continuous operation. In the past 20 years, with the rapid development of economy, high-tech enterprises have become a new economic force, developing rapidly in the increasingly fierce market competition. From the perspective of financial management, if an enterprise wants to survive and develop under enormous market pressure, it must strengthen cash flow management. Compared with those enterprises that rely heavily on external financing, cash flow management plays an important role in the survival, management and development of an enterprise and becomes an important factor in determining the level of investment.

Through reading a large number of related works and documents on cash flow management, this paper focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of the management system by using theoretical and case analysis methods, and finds out the existing problems. It finds out the problems of cash flow management at all levels, and then carries out a more in-depth analysis and Research on the existing problems. In view of the disadvantages and existing problems, I will put forward corresponding optimization schemes to find an effective way of cash flow management for high-tech enterprises.
