连锁超市存货成本控制研究——以大润发为例

摘 要
随着经济的不断进步发展,人们开始追求便捷式生活,而城镇化进程的不断深入帮助了便捷超市的不断扩张。但在企业追求高利润的同时,却常常忽略当前的存货成本控制,致使库存大量积压,过高的成本使得盈利微薄。而连锁超市是当前零售业大力发展的主力业态之一,自然也成为我们研究课题中必不可少的一项。而大润发作为大型连锁超市的代表,也成 为了本次课题采用的目标。通过对大润发连锁量贩超市的研究,分析其存货成本控制方法,降低存货成本获得最大利益,以此来进行发现大众连锁超市存货成本控制的存在的问题及改进方案。
本文以连锁超市存货成本控制为研究主题,首先通过阅读大量中外学者对存货成本控制的相关理论研究,为本文提供理论支持。其次,结合文献论述中的连锁超市现状作为当下研究背景,发现大润发连锁超市在存货成本管理中的优劣势,最终根据现状进行优化整改。
通过选取的大润发这一典型案例进行深层次分析,从而发现零售业在竞争中对存货成本的控制分析以及在连锁系统下如何采取高效的运营模式,来分析并对当前连锁超市存货成本控制存在的问题提出相应的解决措施,从而在日益激烈的竞争中,能够抢占先机,降低企业经营风险,提升企业的盈利能力和企业竞争力。目前国内外对此问题的研究还不是特别的多和典型,仍然存在一定的空缺需要去探索研究发现,比如连锁超市持续运营中存货控制指标、存货成本控制核算问题、存货结构控制问题、存货周转率分析等,需要我们去完善该项控制体系。根据现有的连锁超市存货成本控制的分析,建立相关最佳存货量模型,建立供应商战略管理,从多方面对存货成本进行优化管理控制,达到最佳的经济收益。

Abstract
With the continuing development of the economy, people begin to pursue convenient life, and the deepening process of urbanization has helped the continuous expansion of convenient supermarkets. But in the pursuit of high profits, enterprises often neglect the current inventory cost control, resulting in a large inventory backlog, high costs make profits poorer. Chain supermarket is one of the main forms of retail industry, which naturally becomes an indispensable part of our research topic. Darunfa, as the representative of large supermarket chains, has also become the target of this topic. Through the research of Darunfa Chain Supermarket, the paper analyses the controlling methods in its inventory cost, and achieves the greatest benefit by reducing the inventory cost, so as to discover the problems and improvement programs of the inventory cost control of mass supermarket chains.
This paper takes the inventory cost control of supermarket chains as the research theme. First of all, it provides theoretical support for this paper by reading a large number of related theoretical studies on inventory cost control by Chinese and foreign scholars. Secondly, combined with the current situation of supermarket chains discussed in the literature as the current research background, it finds out the advantages and disadvantages of Darunfa supermarket chains in inventory cost management. And finally it optimizes and rectifies them according to the current situation.
Through the in-depth analysis of the typical case of Darunfa, it is found that the retail industries contribute to some inventory cost control analysis in the competition and take efficient operation mode under the chain system to analyze and control the existing problems of the inventory cost of chain supermarkets, and put forward corresponding solutions. Thus, in the increasingly fierce competition, it can seize the first opportunity, reduce business risks, and enhance the profitability and competitiveness of enterprises. At present, domestic and foreign research on this issue is not particularly many and typical, there are still some vacancies need to be explored and found, such as inventory control index, inventory cost control accounting, inventory structure control, inventory turnover analysis, etc. in the continuous operation of supermarket chains, we need to improve the control system. Based on the analysis of inventory cost control of existing supermarket chains, this paper establishes relevant optimal inventory model, establishes supplier strategic management, and optimizes inventory cost management control from various aspects to achieve the best economic benefits.

第一章 绪论
1.1选题背景
近年来,随着电子商务的快速发展,人们的生活方式也发生了巨大的变化。在一方面,从形式上来说,它不再满足于线下购物,而是在线购物。电子商务企业不断冲击市场,并且迅速占领市场,占领了一定的地位。公司不必担心库存积压,因此给消费者比传统零售业更低的价格已成为消费者购买的对象。另一方面,中国的传统连锁超市也面临着国外零售业的竞争压力,没有任何的竞争的优势。近几年随着国际化进程的加快,中国与世界开始接轨,越来越国际化,与外国商品贸易往来也日益密切。与此同时,外国超市也开始入驻中国市场,与传统的连锁超市竞争市场份额,沃尔玛、家乐福等外商在国外市场早已发展成熟,拥有他们自己的一套体系,较中国仍在摸索发展的现状更有竞争力,中国传统连锁超市面临巨大的威胁。大润发只是模仿和借鉴国外成功企业,因为国外连锁超市起步较早,管理体系完善,经验丰富,总结经验和发展,缺乏一定的优势。因此,如何在竞争中找到自己的优势是最重要的,从而提高竞争中的经营水平,在电子和外商的两大竞争对手中,完善库存管理体系,稳定其在本地市场的地位。
