摘 要

进入21世纪，随着社会科技的飞速发展和国民经济水平的不断提高，机电行业的发展也是十分迅猛。为了满足机器设备零件的需求量，为了机器设备更高的精准度，为了 机电产品零售业更好的发展，机电产品零售业逐渐开始重视存货管理方面的一些问题。

存货管理是一个将厂商的存货政策、价值链的存货政策进行作业化的综合过程。通过有效的存货管理，可在产品数量、种类等各方面适应市场的需求，减少不必要的存货的损失以及造成囤积带来的资源浪费。存货管理可使零售业与供应商、客户之间的合作更为契合完美。目前我国大多数零售业对存货的管理不够重视，还是将主要精力投入到提高销售和扩大规模上，因此存货的各个方面都存在着许多问题。

本论文介绍了存货的定义、存货管理的5大方法，然后主要从公司存货的采购、供应商分类、入库过程、存储仓储过程等环节进行依次分析。通过使用文献研究法查询文献资料，然后通过理论分析与案例分析相结合，以北京合大电气设备有限公司为案例，运用调查分析法，更为真实可信的分析了其存货管理中存在的缺乏信息共享、部门分工不明确等问题。最后论文提出了对北京合大电气设备有限公司的合理化对策建议。结论部分总结了论文的一些研究发现。

Abstract

In the 21st century, with the rapid development of social science and technology and the continuous improvement of national economic level, the development of mechanical and electrical industry is also very rapid. In order to meet the demand of machine parts, to improve the precision of machine equipment and to develop the retail industry of mechanical and electrical products, the retail industry of mechanical and electrical products has gradually begun to pay attention to some problems in inventory management.

Inventory management is a comprehensive process of operationalizing the inventory policy of the manufacturer and the inventory policy of the value chain. Effective inventory management can meet the needs of the market in terms of quantity and variety of products, reduce unnecessary inventory losses and waste of resources caused by hoarding. Inventory management can make the cooperation between retail industry, suppliers and customers more perfect. At present, most retail businesses in China do not pay enough attention to inventory management, or put their main energy into improving sales and expanding the scale, so there are many problems in all aspects of inventory.

This paper introduces the definition of inventory and five methods of inventory management, and then mainly from the company"s inventory procurement, supplier classification, warehousing process, warehousing process and so on. By using the method of literature research to inquire literature, and then combining theoretical analysis with case analysis, taking Beijing Heda Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. as a case, using the method of investigation and analysis, this paper makes a more authentic and credible analysis of the problems existing in its inventory management, such as lack of information sharing, unclear division of labor, and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for Beijing Heda Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. The conclusion part summarizes some research findings of the paper.

改革开放以来，我国经济实力迅速增长，逐步走向世界市场。在市场经济的浪潮中，每天都有许多企业出现，同时也有许多企业消失。探寻这些企业失败的原因，大多数都源自同一个，对企业经营十分重要的环节的忽视——存货管理。因此，建立合适的存货管理体系和存货风险防范机制是十分有必要的。
