摘 要

随着经济全球化的快速发展，企业出现了各种各样的风险，在这些风险当中，企业面临的财务风险格外严重。在当前环境下,企业选择好的财务风险控制机制，就会创造出良好的发展环境，如果掌控的不到位，企业将会遇到挑战甚至是危机。所以，企业怎样在竞争激烈的经济环境下险中求胜至关重要。

企业财务风险的研究沿着：“企业财务风险的概况－实证分析－企业财务风险的防范”的思路展开，按照理论＋实证的方法，首先梳理了财务风险的相关概念，然后以华能国际为例，分析了其财务风险的内部因素和外部因素，先对其各个财务风险的指标进行重点分析和评估，再对其外部的市场，经济等因素进行剖析。

财务风险的研究影响着一个企业的生存与发展，通过有效的识别企业中隐藏的一些财务风险问题，并进行有效的防范至关重要。财务风险的研究能够促进企业在现阶段复杂的市场环境中进行长期稳定的发展，为更多企业发展提供有益的借鉴。

Research on the Financial Risk And  Preventive Measures:Take the Huaneng Company as an Example

Abstract

With the rapid development of economic globalization , various risks also emerge and expand. Among these risks, the financial risks faced by companies are particularly serious.. In the current environment, the selection of a good controlling mechanism for corporate financial risks will bring about a steady development of the environment, if not, it will bring challenges to enterprises or even a crisis. Therefore, how to make the enterprises spend the risk in the market competition environment is very important.

The research of corporate financial risk follows the idea of "the basic theory of corporate financial risk - the identification of financial risk -the prevention of corporate financial risk", then in accordance with the theory empirical methods ,first of all,combing out the relevant concepts of financial risk ,and then taking Huaneng international as an example,It analyzes the internal and external factors of its financial risk, first，analyzes and evaluates its various financial risk indicators, and then analyzes its external market and economic factors.

The study of financial risk is very important to the survival and development of an enterprise. This study aims to identify the financial risks existing in the enterprise effectively and make an effective prevention. The study of financial risk can make long-term and steady development in the complicated market environment for enterprise and provide beneficial reference for more enterprises.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

随着经济全球化的进程不断加快，各个企业都处在世界经济环境中，这也伴随着各种风险的出现与扩张，企业面临的财务风险格外突出。自全球金融危机的爆发，大量企业面临牵连和波及，最终破产倒闭，企业面临着艰难的生存挑战。

2017年8月1日《降成本：2017的调查与分析》报告中，研究了全国东西中部各个区域，包括了大型、中型、小型及微型企业等各个规模企业，共覆盖15个行业，结果表明，样本企业在2014－2016年的资产负债率在63%左右。这充分说明我国很多企业普遍存在抗击风险能力比较弱的问题，在当前环境下，我国企业要把财务风险这个问题放在重要的位置上，并思考怎样才能高效的识别企业财务风险，并加以改进，以此给企业带来盈利。
