摘 要

小微企业数量众多，分布广泛，在社会主义市场经济中有着不可替代的作用，在推动了经济持续增长的同时，又缩小了城乡居民之间的差距，加快经济结构地转型，维护社会和谐稳定。但是，与此同时，随着企业的发展壮大，融资难的问题也进一步显现，制约了小微企业的发展，也是当前社会经济所要面临的突出问题。

近年来，有关小微企业融资途径的研究逐渐增多。本文从企业内部、外部融资渠道等角度进行分析，介绍了我国小微企业的现状、融资环节存在的问题以及融资困难的成因。从我国小微企业的内部环境考虑，企业自身能力较弱、缺乏资金管理意识等原因限制了企业融资环节的进展。从外部环境考虑，政府政策、金融服务系统等仍不能满足小微企业成长的总体需求。并关于小微企业融资途径提出相关建议：促进政府落实扶持小微企业融资的相关政策；拓宽面向小微企业的金融服务范围，完善社会服务体系；鼓励产品更新和幵发等。

对小微企业的融资方式的研究关系到企业自身发展前景和社会主义市场经济体制的完善。因而本文比较与选择小微企业的融资方式，具体问题具体分析，根据实际情况提出解决措施。

　Comparison and Selection of Financing Ways for Small and Micro Enterprises

Abstract

Numerous small micro enterprises, widely distributed, in socialist market economy has an irreplaceable role, while promote the sustained economic growth, and narrow the gap between urban and rural residents, speed up the transformation of economic structure, to maintain social harmony and stability. However, at the same time, with the development and expansion of enterprises, the problem of financing difficulty is further manifested, which restricts the development of small and micro enterprises and is also a prominent problem facing the current social economy.

In recent years, the research on financing channels of small and micro enterprises has been increasing. This article from the enterprise internal and external finance, the financing channels, and government policy Angle analysis, this paper introduces the present situation, the financing of small enterprises in our country link existing problems and the causes of financing difficulties. Considering the internal environment of small and micro enterprises in China, the enterprises" weak ability and lack of fund management consciousness restrict the progress of enterprise financing. Considering from the external environment, government policy, financial service system and so on still cannot meet the overall demand of small and micro enterprises" growth. Related Suggestions on financing channels of small and micro enterprises: to promote the government to implement relevant policies to support the financing of small and micro enterprises; Broaden the scope of financial services for small and micro enterprises and improve the social service system; Encourage product updates and opening.

The research on the financing mode of small and micro enterprises is related to the development prospect of enterprises and the improvement of the socialist market economic system. Therefore, this paper compares and selects the financing mode of small and micro enterprises, analyzes specific problems and puts forward solutions according to the actual situation.
