摘 要

家电业经过30年的发展，己成为我国的支柱性产业。然而近几年由于金融危机、成本攀升，以及所处环境的日新月异，家电业面临激烈的市场竞争，发展受到影响，经营效率与业绩状况备受关注。因此，本文在这样的背景下，将选择科学、合理的指标，对我国家电上市企业的财务绩效进行分析，了解家电企业发展现状，并在此基础上，分析影响家电企业经营效益的因素。

论文将家电上市企业作为研究对象，回顾了大量文献，从偿债能力、盈利能力、营运能力、发展能力四个方面选择了 12个评价指标，运用因子分析法对27家家电企业2013-2015年的财务数据进行了分析，得出了各企业的绩效综合得分。而后，基于综合得分，本文选取了股权结构在内的八大变量，对财务绩效的影响因素进行了回归分析。

研究发现：股权结构与企业绩效正相关，而董事持股比例与企业绩效呈负向关系。资本构成方面，产权比率对财务绩效存在消极影响。经营状况方面，经营收益增长与绩效具有正比例关系。然而，国家股比例、独立董事比例、资产对数对家电企业财务绩效影响并不显著。

Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Financial Performance of China"s Household Appliance Listed Companies

Abstract

Household appliance has become a pillar industry in China after thirty years" rapid development. However, household appliance industry is faced with fierce market competition and its development slow down gradually due to financial crisis and rising cost in recent years. As the industry slow down, more and more people pay attention to the operation in appliance industry. Therefore, in order to understand Chinese appliance industry development, this paper will choose scientific and reasonable evaluation index from the empirical perspective to analyze listed company’s financial performance and influencing factors.

In this article, it takes listed companies of household electrical appliance as a research object. Recalling former research, the paper selects twelve evaluation indexes from four areas including solvency, profitability, operation and growth. Then factor analysis method is used to research financial data of appliance listed company from 2013 to 2015, and finally calculates the comprehensive performance score and gets the whole performance ranking.

Based on the study: ownership structure and corporate performance are related to, but ownership and firm performance of Directors showed a negative relationship. Capital structure, equity ratio there is negative impact on financial performance. Operations, operating income growth and performance is directly proportional to. However, State share proportion, proportion of independent directors, asset log does not significantly impact on the financial performance of household electrical appliance enterprises.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 研究背景

我国实施改革开放政策之后，国内家电产业得到了迅速发展，期间也有很多次的市场扩张，不管是规模、发展潜能，还是经济盈利，在我国各个领域中都处在一个良好的发展态势中。与此同时，家电出口不断扩大，其价格优势对国际市场产生的影响不容小觑。海尔、苏宁、格力作为家电行业中的骨干企业，其生产的高质量产品深受国内外消费者的青睐。不过，由于市场经济的繁荣发展，且消费者思维的彻底扭转，家电行业也出现了明显转变，由单一的规模化经营慢慢地变成注重技术创新与品牌实力，家电产品的质量却不是数量慢慢地变成各大公司的主要经营方向。此外，2008年全球金融危机过后，海外市场不景气，原材料成本提高，劳动力价格攀升，或多或少影响着家电业的发展。因此，家电企业经营效率如何成为了社会关注的问题点。
