摘 要

自从改革开放起来，中小企业的发展越来越快速，成为了我国经济发展的中心，但是在企业追求利润的同时，有很多的问题也随之暴露了出来，特别是在财务管理问题上，严重影响了中小企业的长久发展。财务管理是现代企业的重中之重，所以就需要对其进行研究和分析，找出不足并进行改进。

本文以中小企业中为研究对象，采用案例分析法和实证分析法，探讨现在中小企业财务管理发展的问题，同时分析产生这一系列问题的原因，最后结合常州的一家制造企业分析该企业的财务报表和各项指标，进而找到这家企业的财务管理问题，并提出解决措施。本文的创新点是结合了常州的一家中小企业，从融资能力、投资能力和营运资金能力三个方面对其进行了详细的分析。中小企业的发展需要与时俱进，而案例企业不足以代表整个中小企业的发展，所以需要继续的探索和研究。

Research on the Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Management of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises: A Case Study of A Enterprise in Changzhou

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, small and medium-sized enterprises are developing more and more rapidly, becoming China"s economic development center, but in the pursuit of profit at the same time, there are a lot of problems have also been exposed, especially in the financial management problems, serious impact on the long-term development of small and medium sized enterprises. Financial management is the top priority of modern enterprise, so it is necessary to study and analyze it, find out the problem and improve it.

This paper takes small and medium enterprises in the manufacturing industry as the object of study, and takes the use of case analysis and empirical analysis. This paper discusses the problems in the development of financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises while analyzing the causes of this series of problems. And finally combined with a manufacturing company in Changzhou to analyze the company"s financial statements and indicators, and then find the financial management problems of the enterprise, and put forward measures. The innovation of this paper is the combination of a small and medium-sized enterprise in Changzhou, from the three aspects of the financing capacity, investment capacity and working capital to having a detailed analysis. Different small and medium-sized enterprises will face a different financial management issues, Changzhou manufacturing enterprise case analysis is only for the study of SME financial management issues to provide a reference, to find suitable for the development of small and medium-sized financial management strategies and measures need to continue research and exploration.
