摘 要

在当今经济迅猛发展的时代，我国经济市场的可上升空间越来越大，中小型制造企业的数量也在不断增加。本篇论文我要研究的就是中小型制造企业存货管理方面的问题，然后针对于这些问题，我再研究出相关的解决措施与建议。文章从当今的现实状况开始着手分析。对于中小型制造企业来说，存货是资本生产流程中的一大重要因素，担任着重要的作用。取决制造企业经济效益和发展前景的一大重要因素必然包括了存货的管理水平，存货管理措施的完善不仅能够大大改善企业管理的效率，还能有效提高企业的发展活力，就此而言，存货管理的不完善就会是企业经济恶化，严重甚至导致破产。基于中小型制造企业的发展，结合国内外多家案例和查阅相关阅读资料，着重分析中小型制造企业的现状、问题及解决对策，并对之提出了一些有效的建议。最后通过引用案例托肯建材有限公司进行详细阐述与分析。

1.1选题背景及意义

随着时代的进步，市场竞争在企业发展的道路上也越来越激烈，中小型制造企业的存货管理趋势研究也越来越受到企业的重视。在国家积极鼓励中小型制造企业大力发展的同时，中小型制造企业自身的内部管理也会显得尤为重要。企业只是单独依靠抬高价格来取得利润已经变得比较困难，在生活水平不断提高，商品价格走低的局势下，企业就要学会完美掌控成本上的控制。而存货在企业的生产和管理上就扮演者尤为重要的角色。因此，加强存货管理成为财务管理的重要组成部分。

当今社会，中小企业的存货管理水平广泛偏低，存货占了大量的资本，使中小型制造企业这方面的问题尤其严重，同时使得中小企业的资产周转率低，影响企业的回报率资产等。由此可见，中小型制造企业的存货管理的不合理现象必须纠正，并作出相应的解决措施，从而使企业实现更有效的一体化管理，实现利润最大化。
