摘 要

中小企业目前已成为我国企业发展的主力军，高新技术企业更是这些企业中的领头羊，而风险投资作为中小型高新技术企业发展的助推器促进了我国经济的发展，但何种企业需要融资、何时进行风险投资融资、以及风险投资发展现状还需要进行相应的研究。

本文主要以金融超市的需求发展为例，研究证明风险投资机制是解决中小型高新技术企业融资问题的主要手段，因为我国目前这类中小型高新技术企业还处在萌芽发展的阶段，一些制度和市场机制也不够完善，且这类企业固定资产价值都不太大，经营风险高，因此企业信贷比较困难，风险投资适合的主要对象就是这类高风险、高收益企业，文章将对这些相关内容进行介绍。

文章通过从点到面的方法，研究了高技术服务业的中的金融超市的发展状况，了解到民间理财需求旺盛，得出中小型高技术服务业目前发展状况良好，且未来需求较大，现在可以通过风险投资来发展这类企业以及一些相关问题研究。

Research on the financing of small and medium sized high tech enterprises using venture capital fund：

A case study of financial services industry

Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises has become the main force of the development of the enterprises in our country, the high and new technology enterprise is a bellwether of these enterprises, and investment risk as a booster of high-tech small and medium-sized enterprise development promotes the development of economy of our country, but what enterprises need financing, when risk investment and financing, and risk investment and development status of corresponding research needs to be done.

This paper mainly to the development needs of financial supermarket as an example. Studies have shown that the main tool in risk investment mechanism is to solve the problem of financing in small and medium sized high tech enterprises, because of our country currently in the small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises is still in the stage of embryonic development, some systems and the market mechanism is not perfect, and the enterprise value of fixed assets is not too big, risky business, therefore the enterprise credit is relatively difficult, risk investment for the main object is the high risk and high profit enterprise, the of the relevant content are introduced.

The from the point to a plane method, studies development of high technology service industry in the financial supermarket, understanding to the folk finance demand, it is concluded that the small and medium sized high tech service industry currently in good condition and future demand for larger, and now can through the investment risk to develop this kind of enterprises and some problems related to the study of.

在这个时代不断发展、社会不断进步的知识经济时代，传统的经济发展模式对现代经济发展已越来越不具备足够的推动力，而高新技术的发展对我们的生活方式、形成社会经济高速增长的发展模式等方面都产生了较大程度的影响。在决定一个国家经济发展程度和是否具备较强的技术推广运用上，作为高新技术的发源地、扩散地的中小型企业自然是功不可没。因此，中小型高新技术企业怎样成长以及如何迅速发展它的规模和业务，都对未来经济的稳定有着重要影响。

高新技术企业作为一种新兴的企业，在这个竞争激烈的市场中还面临着巨大的压力，其中最主要的就是“资本”，因为它是一个企业成长发展的第一桶资金，是一个企业的“血液”。而风险投资第一次出现是在美国，后续更是有许多成功运用该方法得到超出预期回报的案例。
