摘 要

经历了改革开放以来的不断创新与发展，中国证券市场已向规范化轨道逐步发展。在股票投资价值评估时，影响股票投资选择的因素有很多，其中公司成长性分析尤为重要。公司的成长性是股票投资者选择投资对象的重要因素，对股份公司的增长和变化因素的分析研究对股票投资的内在价值和投资者具有重要影响和引导意义。

本文梳理了国内外学者对成长性的评价研究，回顾了有关公司成长性研究的文献，归纳概括了各种类型的评价体系与评价方法。采用与公司负债能力，盈利能力，营运能力和发展能力相关的指标，通过分析资产负债变化、现金流量结构来反映企业的成长性。2010年金融危机致使全世界各地的电信行业制造商面临很大的困境，然而中国巨大的市场提供了商机。基于对其他学者研究的基础和基于上市公司成长性评价模型的财务报表，使用适当的分析方法对中国通信行业上市公司价值和成长性作了分析，对中兴通讯股份有限公司的成长性进行了评价，同时借鉴国内外的研究案例和经验，为投资策略选择提供建议和参考。

Based on the research of other scholars and the listing Corporation based on the growth evaluation model of financial statements, analyzes the China communications industry listing Corporation value and growth of the use of appropriate analytical methods, the growth of Zte Corp was evaluated, at the same time using case study and experience at home and abroad, to provide advice and reference for the selection of investment strategy.

2010在全球通信行业面临着严峻的宏观经济形势，但对于通信行业的中国而言，正是因为对需求的全球经济危机的影响，加快国际生产下降，让内产商市场份额增加，行业竞争依然激烈但日渐缓和。金融危机对LED的电信设备供应商在在世界面临巨大困难，更在中国提供了巨大的机遇，为中国电信设备市场提供了一个巨大的市场。选择中兴通讯公司进行研究无疑具有一定的典型性。
