摘 要

2017年10月18日，乡村振兴战略在党的十九大报告中被提出，这一战略涉及到了国计民生的基本问题：农业、农村和农民。事实上，想要解决“三农”问题，教育是绝对优先事项，这为江苏省农村社区成人教育提供了新机遇和新要求，要想充分发挥农村社区的人才、制度、知识和文化要素供给功能有赖于农村社区成人教育的建设。

本文以江苏省农村社区成人教育为研究对象，采用了文献分析法和案例分析法两种研究方法，研究内容主要分为三章，首先论述的是江苏省农村社区成人教育的概况及意义、其次是江苏省农村社区成人教育的现状，最后提出了江苏省农村社区成人教育发展对策。得出的结论是：从基础设施方面来看，存在着资源分配不均和教师队伍缺乏的问题；从教育服务供给能力来看存在着教育经费来源单一和基层效力不足的问题；教育课程方面存在课程设置需求和居民不符和课程评价不科学和认识理念的不足。并从这四个方面提出相应的对策，以促进江苏省农村社区成人教育的发展 ，也为实现乡村振兴战略作出一份贡献。

The Difficulties and Countermeasures of the Adult Education in Rural Communities in Jiangsu Province

Abstract

In 2017, the village revitalization strategy was presented in the report of the 19th Party Congress, which deals with the fundamental issues of the national economy and the well-being of the people: agriculture, the countryside and peasants. Indeed, education is a top priority if we are to solve the problem of the 'three domains', which offers new opportunities and new requirements for adult education in rural communities in Jiangsu province, whose construction depends on the development of talent, institutions, knowledge and the provision of cultural factors in rural communities.

This article focuses on adult education in rural communities in Jiangsu Province and uses two research methods: literature analysis and case analysis. The research content is mainly divided into three chapters. Firstly, the general situation and significance of adult education in rural communities in Jiangsu province. Secondly, the current situation of adult education in rural communities in Jiangsu province. The last, several countermeasures are put forward to problems. The conclusion is that there is an uneven distribution of resources and a lack of teachers from an infrastructure point of view, the supply capacity of educational services is confronted with the problems of single source of educational funds and insufficient effectiveness at the grass-roots level，in terms of education curriculum, there are inconsistencies between curriculum setting needs and residents and unscientific curriculum evaluation insufficient understanding of concepts. Measures have been proposed in these four areas to promote adult education in rural communities in Jiangsu Province and to help implement the village revitalization strategy.
