摘 要

我国老年人口基数大、比值高、增长速度快，目前增速和数量均为全球第一。在严峻的老龄化背景下，医养结合模式的概念被政府有关部门提出，并在养老社区的开发建设中进行实践探索。

本文主要研究对象为养老社区医养结合模式的运行实态，通过文献研究法搜集有关文献、田野调查法深度探访实态研究对象、访谈调查法与养老社区有关人群交流分析。本文选择上海亲和源老年公寓的实际情况进行研究，在发现问题、提出针对性建议的基础上，以社会福利社会化、社会分层理论、马斯洛需求层次理论为理论基础，分别从养老社区的管理者、开发者、使用者三个不同视角，对我国养老社区医养结合模式的发展提供了普适性的发展参考意见，总结出我国老龄化背景下养老社区医养结合模式应该如何进一步发展和完善。

A practical study on the combination of community medical care and old-age care in the context of aging

Abstract

China's elderly population has a large base, a high ratio, and a fast growth rate. In the context of severe aging, the concept of combining medical care and old-age care is put forward by relevant government departments and explored in practice in the development and construction of old-age care communities.

The main research object of this paper is the operational reality of the combined mode of community medical care and old-age care. Through the literature research method to collect relevant literature, the field investigation method in-depth visit to the real research object, interview survey method and the elderly community related population communication analysis. In this paper, the actual situation of the Shanghai Cherish elderly apartment is selected for research. Found the problem, and puts forward corresponding proposals as the prerequisite to socialization of social welfare, social stratification theory, maslow's hierarchy of needs as the theoretical basis, respectively from the pension community managers, developers, users three different perspectives, pension in China the development of community health care and pension model provides universal development reference opinions, summarized our country under the background of aging population endowment patterns community health care and pension should be how to further develop and perfect.
