摘 要

随着社会和国民经济的发展，文教、体育、卫生、环保、社会保险等这些与人们生活、工作和学习息息相关的公共事业领域也得到了发展，正是由于这种发展态势的需要，公共事业管理专业的发展也就成为了必然。公共事业管理专业自从设置以来，就取得了快速的发展，但是专业发展的现状和发展前景之间仍存在较大的落差。地方院校的公共事业管理专业还存在专业定位不清晰、特色不鲜明等问题，专业的发展面临困境。

针对目前公共事业管理专业建设的众多不好的地方，本文从公共事业管理专业的课程体系设置、人才培养模式的重构和加强师资队伍的建设这三个方面切入，通过引证大量数据、文献，对我国部分高校公共事业管理专业的建设进行全面解读和分析，来找出公共事业管理专业在建设中不足的地方。另外，我们再根据当前公共事业管理的发展和社会对公共事业管理人才的需求的特点，对公共事业管理专业的课程设置、人才培养模式的改进和专业的师资队伍建设这些相关环节提出指导性的措施和发展对策。

Analysing the Prospects of Graduates Magoring in the Public Utilities Management Under the New Situation Abstract

Abstract

With the development of the society and national economy，and people learn， work and life are closely related to culture and education， sports， health， environmental protection， social insurance， and other areas of the public utility has been greatly developed，It is based on the needs of the development trend，the development of public utilities management became inevitable.Public utility management profession since set up，have achieved rapid development，but professional development present situation and the prospects for professional development still exist between the larger gap.Local colleges and universities of public utilities management specialty is not a clear positioning is not clear， characteristic， development face difficulties.

Based on the current shortcomings of public utilities management specialty construction，based on the public business management professional curriculum system Settings and the reconstruction of the personnel training mode and strengthening the construction of teaching staff as the breakthrough point，citing a large number of data， documents， some universities in China for the construction of public utilities management comprehensive interpretation analysis， so as to find out the problems existing in the construction of professional.In addition， considering the current development of public utilities management， and the characteristics of the social demand for public utilities management personnel， the public utility management professional curriculum setting， personnel training mode to improve the construction of teachers team and the professional related links such as guiding the development of countermeasures are put forward.
