摘 要

当今社会，经济正在快速发展，社会正在进步，知识经济随之而来，人们越来越意识到在合作创新过程中进行有效的知识共享越来越重要。经济全球化导致了技术日益复杂、生命周期缩短和市场需求变化加快，并不是所有企业都能拥有完整的资源。于是合作创新受到越来越多的人的关注，知识共享作为合作创新过程中必不可少的关键因素也开始受到了越来越多的学者的关注与研究。所以对合作创新中的知识共享进行研究，丰富完善知识共享的理论的理论体系，促进企业间更好的合作。

本文将从五个部分对合作创新中的知识共享机制进行研究。第一部分是对选题的研究背景、国内外研究成果与不足、研究意义、研究内容与方法进行阐述。第二部分是对合作创新和知识共享的相关理论进行介绍。第三部分是对合作创新中知识共享的关键影响因素进行分析。第四部分通过对国内外相关案例进行分析，并从中得到启示。第五部分是在影响合作创新中知识共享的关键因素的基础上提出相应的对策建议。

Research on Knowledge Sharing Mechanism of Cooperative Innovation

Abstract

Today, the economy is developing fast, the society is making progress, followed by knowledge economy, people more and more realized for effective knowledge sharing in the process of cooperative innovation is more and more important.Economic globalization has led to more complicated technology and life cycle shorten and the market demand change accelerated, and not all enterprises can have complete resources.So cooperative innovation is more and more people's attention, knowledge sharing as a indispensable key factors in the process of cooperative innovation are being subjected to the attention of more and more scholars and research.So the study of cooperative innovation of knowledge sharing, rich perfect theoretical system of the theory of knowledge sharing, to promote better cooperation between enterprises.

This article will from five parts to study the knowledge sharing mechanism in the cooperative innovation.The first part is the study of selected topic background, domestic and foreign research results and disadvantages, elaborates the research significance, research contents and methods. The second part is the related theory of the cooperative innovation and knowledge sharing. The third part is the key to knowledge sharing in the cooperative innovation influence factors were analyzed. The fourth part through the analysis of related cases at home and abroad, and enlightenment. The fifth part is the key influencing factors of knowledge sharing in collaborative innovation on the basis of the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.

1.1研究背景

如今，随着经济全球化的发展，知识经济的到来，知识成为了企业生存与发展的必不可少的资源。在现在的时代下，企业的竞争优势不仅取决于企业内部的资源，也越来越依赖于外部知识来源。

经济全球化导致了技术日益复杂、生命周期缩短和市场需求变化加快，并不是所有企业都能拥有完整的资源。人们越来越意识到，企业在发展过程中进行合作创新尤为重要。这使得企业开始从传统的、局部的内部研究开发转向外部的、更广阔的方向上寻找技术资源，合作创新成为企业获取竞争优势的最重要的方式。于是合作创新受到越来越多的人的关注，知识共享作为合作创新过程中必不可少的关键因素也受到越来越多研究。要保证企业之间合作创新的有效进行，知识共享必不可少。然而，从我国目前的情况来看，关于企业合作创新中知识共享的研究并不是很多，大多数的学者还尚未意识到合作创新中知识共享的重要性，大多数的企业也尚未意识到其必要性。
