摘 要

在互联网时代下用户如何规避隐私风险是近年来国内外研究的热点，国外信息技术比较成熟的发达国家对技术威胁规避理论的研究较早，已得出了比较成熟的理论，而国内对于互联网隐私的研究还处于初级阶段。因此，互联网规避隐私的研究对国内信息技术的发展和完善有着重要的意义。技术威胁规避理论的研究对互联网用户有效的规避隐私风险、促进互联网时代下信息安全都具有重要的实践意义，对互联网用户规避隐私的研究可以促进国家信息结构的优化升级，分析我国互联网用户如何规避自己隐私的行为，可以完善对于互联网时代下的相关政策法规，促进我国信息安全领域的发展和互联网经济的建设。

本文基于技术威胁规避理论，从互联网用户规避隐私泄露风险行为以及探究影响用户规避隐私的因素进行了研究。通过理论分析和模型研究可以看出互联网用户面对隐私泄露该如何有效规避的隐私风险。本文在最后就如何有效的规避隐私风险提出可行性建议。

1.1研究背景

从21世纪开始，互联网得到了迅猛的发展，人类社会借助互联网由此进入了飞速发展的时代，各种科技发明层出不穷，人类生产力得到了极大的提高。凡事都有但是，因为互联网虚拟的特性，其中也有很多虚幻的不现实的因素，所带来的弊端也非常值得重视。其中，隐私问题的泄露或许是互联网带来最大的弊端了。

纽约市立大学巴鲁克商学院副院长胡清教授详细阐述了在互联网时代个人隐私问题，他认为，在当下互联网时代，个人根本毫无隐私可言。面对这种情况，本文将采用阐述本研究的理论基础，就是技术威胁规避理论来描述在互联网时代下，用户如何保护自己的隐私。
