摘 要

为了在竞争大潮中逆流而上，高新技术企业纷纷寻找出路，而通过合作创新的方式来增强自身的综合实力受到了许多企业的青睐。知识共享作为一种必要的手段，是企业的合作创新中的必经之路，也将促进企业发展并扩张自身的优势与能力。因此，研究相关的知识共享机制，有利于帮助高新技术企业改变当前所面临的合作创新的困境。

本文从五个方面研究高新技术企业间合作创新的知识共享机制。第一章是对背景的研究、相关文献的综述、研究的意义、内容和方法进行探讨。第二章是关于相关理论的研究和综述。第三章是对高新技术企业间合作创新的知识共享机制的关键要素进行概括和关联从而进行综合分析。第四章是是案例分析，据此得出高新技术企业间知识共享机制的若干启示。第五章则是针对影响高新技术企业间合作创新的知识共享机制的关键要素提出相应的对策与建议。

Research on Knowledge Sharing Mechanism of Cooperation Innovation Between High - tech Enterprises

Abstract

In order to counterattack in the tide of competition, high-tech enterprises have to find a way out, and through cooperation and innovation to enhance their own comprehensive strength by many enterprises of all ages. Knowledge sharing is the means of cooperation between enterprises must use the necessary means, has also become the basic way to form the advantages of enterprises. Therefore, the study of high-tech enterprises between the knowledge sharing mechanism is conducive to promoting the improvement of enterprise cooperation and innovation, is conducive to enterprises to carry out more reasonable and effective knowledge sharing, so as to achieve a win-win objective.

This paper studies the knowledge sharing mechanism of cooperation and innovation among high-tech enterprises through five aspects. The first chapter is to study the article background, literature review, research significance, research content and research methods to explore and highly summarized. The second chapter is about the research and review of related theories. The third chapter is a comprehensive analysis of the key elements of the knowledge sharing mechanism of cooperation and innovation among high-tech enterprises. The fourth chapter is through the analysis of cases derived from the knowledge sharing mechanism between high-tech enterprises related revelation. The fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the key elements of the knowledge sharing mechanism which affects the cooperation innovation among high and low technology enterprises.

绪论

1.1研究背景

知识经济兴起的速度惊人，同时也加快了社会经济的转型节奏，社会经济的优化和升级也拔高了知识经济在市场的地位。高新技术企业是知识经济的主体，要在世界竞争大潮中脱颖而出，不但要快速更新产品又需要降低风险，因此，合作创新是不二的选择，其中就有知识共享。

近年来，高新技术企业作为国家经济的重要支柱，是社会关注的热点，同时也是国家重要的扶持对象，国家颁布了许多政策为其保驾护航。中国高新技术企业的成长速度在世界上都是有目共睹的，然而存在着许多问题，像规模小、易夭折等。高新技术企业面临的困境成为社会关心的热点问题，为解决其面临的种种问题，学者们将目光转向企业间的合作创新，因此针对高新技术企业间合作创新的研究层出不穷，其中就如何实现有效的知识共享更是如今热议的重要课题。
