摘 要

随着当前社会经济不断发展，知识经济的到来，国家发展的战略资源也开始从以资本、劳动为主转移到以知识为主。与此同时，高等院校与企业之间的合作也逐渐从技术层面逐渐转化为知识层面，校企之间的知识共享已经成为我国创新发展的重要途径。因此，对校企合作中知识共享的关键因素和相应的机制进行研究，对于提高我国校企合作中知识共享的水平有重要意义。

本文将从五个方面对校企合作中知识共享的要素和机制选择进行分析。首先对研究背景、文献综述、意义以及方法给予探究；然后对校企合作中知识共享的有关理论给予阐述；其次对校企合作中知识共享的关键要素进行梳理；第四部分是通过案例得出校企合作知识共享的相关启示；第五部分则是针对影响校企合作知识共享的关键要素提出相应的对策与建议。

Research on Key Elements and Mechanism of Knowledge Sharing in School Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract

With the development of the social economy and arrival of knowledge economy, the important strategic resources of national development have gradually changed from capital to labor to knowledge. At the same time, the cooperation between colleges and universities and enterprises gradually from the technical level gradually transformed without knowledge level, the knowledge sharing between enterprises and enterprises has become an important way of innovation and development in China. Therefore, it is important to improve the level of knowledge sharing in the cooperation between enterprises and schools in the study of the key factors and corresponding mechanisms of knowledge sharing in school-enterprise cooperation.

This paper will analyze the factors and mechanisms of knowledge sharing in school enterprise cooperation from five aspects. Firstly elaborate the related theory of knowledge sharing between universities and enterprises in the process of cooperation; secondly analyzing key elements of knowledge sharing in school enterprise cooperation; the fourth part is the case that enlightenment school enterprise cooperation knowledge sharing; the fifth part is the key factors affecting knowledge sharing of school enterprise cooperation of put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.

1.1研究背景

随着当前社会经济不断发展，知识经济来临，国家发展的战略资源也开始从以资本、劳动为主转移到以知识为主。与此同时，高等院校与企业之间的合作也逐渐从技术层面逐渐转化为知识层面，校企之间的知识共享已经成为我国创新发展的重要途径。高校作为培养知识型人才的基地，集聚高素质人才、知识生产集中，而企业作为进行社会化生产的商业型组织，物质条件充足、市场经验丰富。校企合作进行知识共享，能优势互补，各取所长，推动经济效益与社会效益的提高，达到高校和企业的双赢。

但目前来看，我国的校企合作在创新活动中一直存在知识转化率低下的问题，知识共享的总体水平不高，高校与企业之间未能实现良好的对接，有效的知识共享机制并未完全形成。对校企合作中知识共享的关键要素和相应的机制进行研究成为国内外学者研究的热点议题。

1.2文献综述

关于校企合作的内涵，中国学者进行了界定。郭斌，谢志宇，吴惠芳（2003）通过研究指出，高校和企业共同协调技术供给与需求的合作关系就是校企合作^[1]。张豪，丁云龙（2013）认为，校企合作是大学－产业合作的微观基础，高校和企业相互协定，通过投入资源、开展研究并分享成果的方式开展合作。双方的合作内容通常沿着“技术－知识－资源”或“信息－人才－技术”两条路展开^[2]。李云梅，黄祥（2011）认为，知识的再组织是高校和企业间的合作实质,这为校企的合作创新产生新技术提供支持^[3]。

从校企合作的实际效果来看,尽管近年来国内外学者对校企合作领域进行了理论和实践上的探究，校企合作的效果得到相应程度的改善，但合作过程中仍然存在一些要素，影响校企合作的成果。
