摘 要

随着经济全球化趋势，大批行业协会应运而生，广泛分布在各个经济领域。行业协会在发展经济，规范市场行为，转变政府职能、解决贸易争端等方面都发挥着重要作用，面临难得的发展机遇，但目前的运营管理上仍存在较多的问题。

本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上分析了行业协会的含义、地位、基本特征等，在此基础上以美国、德国、日本三个发达的资本主义国家为例，分析了其行业协会的运营模式，并总结出欧美发达资本主义国家行业协会运营的两种典型模式。紧接着分析了中国行业协会运营的现状，以中国轻工业协会的发展为例简要说明。然后分析了中国行业协会运营方面存在的问题，最后结合欧美国家比较先进的行业协会的经验，提出了中国行业协会运营的对策与建议，从政府和行业协会自身采取行动，促进新时代下行业协会更加健康长远的发展。

Research on operation mode of industry association

Abstract

Economic develops very fast , a large number of industry associations emerge at the historic moment and are widely distributed in various economic fields. Trade associations play an important role in developing socialist market economy, standardizing market behaviors, transforming government functions, and solving trade disputes. There are different development modes of trade associations in different countries. China's trade associations have entered a period of rapid development and are faced with rare development opportunities.

In this article research results on the basis of analyzing the meaning of industry association, status, basic feature, etc., on the basis of this to the United States, Germany, Japan, the three developed capitalist countries, for example, analyzes the operation mode of the industry association, and sums up the European and American developed capitalist country industry association two typical patterns of operation. Then it analyzes the current situation of the operation of China national association of industry, taking the development of China national association of light industry as an example. And then analyzes the operating problems of Chinese industry association, finally compared with the European and American countries the advanced experience of industry association, puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of China association of industry operations, from the action of government and industry association itself, promote industry association under the new era is more healthy and long-term development.

随着经济全球化趋势，大批量的行业协会伴随着这个浪潮而产生，并且在各个行业和经济领域都有分布。行业协会在推动我国社会主义市场经济，维持市场秩序，推动政府转变职能，解决贸易争端等方面都发挥着重要的功能。每个国家的行业协会都有着不同的运营模式，我国的行业协会正处在高速发展的时期，面临着难得的机遇和巨大挑战。

1.1研究背景

经济全球化越来越成为我们这个时代的新标志，全球化所带来的不仅是更加自由、更加开放的经济贸易体系，同时对全球范围内的政治和文化领域亦构成重大的影响，其表现形式之一就是，主权国家的政府和社会间关系因全球化的缘故发生了重大的调整。政府不再是唯一的权力中心，管理一切的社会问题。大量的非政府组织运动兴起，而作为非政府组织重要组成部分的行业协会应运而生，广泛分布在各个经济领域。

市场经济催生了行业协会，行业协会也适应了时代的发展要求，促进经济发展，规范市场主体行为，创新国际贸易争端的传统解决方案，推动其和平解决。但是目前，世界各国的行业协会的发展程度有很大差别，运营的模式也千差万别。我国的行业协会虽然在迅速的发展，机遇非常难得，但是总体的素质较差。规章制度不完善，极大的影响了其发展。我国想要推动行业协会的快速健康发展，就要研究并借鉴各国行业协会的运营模式优势。
