摘 要

传感器凭借着技术含量高、市场前景广阔等优点受到各界密切关注。近年来我国传感器产业受到物联网发展的带动也逐渐形成迅速发展的势头。经过多年的发展，目前国内已经拥有一批初具规模和技术实力的企业，也取得了一定的自主研发创新成果。然而，与国外传感器技术相比，依然存在一些问题。本文针借鉴国外发达国家传感器产业的发展经验，总结国内传感器产业的发展不足，有针对性地提出一些对策和建议。

首先，本文介绍了国内外传感器的研究背景，在总结现有研究成果的基础上，分析了传感器产业的研究现状，阐述了本文的研究目的、研究意义、研究内容以及研发方法。其次，本文阐述了传感器产业的含义特点、全球传感器产业的发展状况以及发展传感器产业的重要性。本文借鉴了国外发达国家，如美国、德国以及日本等国家传感器产业的发展经验，总结其发展特征，并以国内，如陕西省和湖北省的传感器产业作为典型案例进行分析，总结了国内传感器产业的发展特征以及发展不足。最后，本文在上面分析的基础上提出了我国传感器产业发展的对策以及启示，以促进国内传感器产业向小型化、低功耗、智能化方向持续不断的发展。

Development status and Countermeasures of sensor industry in China

Abstract

Sensors are highly concerned by all walks of life due to their high technology content and wide market prospects. In recent years, the development of China's sensor industry has been gradually promoted by the development of the Internet of things. After years of development, there are already a number of enterprises with initial scale and technological strength. However, compared with foreign sensor technology, there are still some problems. This article draws on the development experience of foreign developed countries' sensor industry, summarizes the shortage of the domestic sensor industry, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.

First of all, this paper introduces the background of the research of the sensor in home and abroad. On the basis of summarizing the existing research results, this paper analyzes the research status of the sensor industry, and expounds the purpose, significance, content and methods of research and development of this paper. Secondly, this paper expounds the meaning and characteristics of sensor industry.This paper draws lessons from the development experience of foreign developed countries, such as the United States, Germany and Japan, and summarizes the characteristics of its development, and analyzes the characteristics of the sensor industry in China, such as Shaanxi and Hubei Province as a typical case, and summarizes the characteristics of the development of the domestic sensor industry and the lack of development. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Enlightenment of the development of the sensor industry in China, in order to promote the continuous development of the domestic sensor industry in the direction of miniaturization, low power consumption and intelligence.

第一章 导论

1.1研究背景

随着全球信息技术的快速发展，传感器技术的重要地位日益突显，其与计算机技术、通信技术并称为信息产业领域的三大支柱。为了能与国际快速发展的势头保持一致，我国政府起草制定了一系列推进传感器产业发展的战略与政策。2006年2月，国务院颁布了《国家中长期科技发展纲要》，其中明确表示要将传感器的性能以及服役行为作为未来重点研发方向。2016年9月，工业和信息化部再次正式发布了关于《智能硬件产业专项行动(2016-2018年)》的文件。且伴随着《“十三五”国家科技创新规划》的大力支持及推进，这些利好举措都将会给我国传感器产业的高效快速发展注射一剂强心针。因此，在国家相关政策引领指导、市场需求日益扩大等多重利好因素共同作用下，我国传感器技术的竞争能力有望得到进一步大幅度提升。

目前，我国传感器技术及产业已经发展形成了一套完整的产业体系，实现了从初期技术研发、中期产品设计生产以及后期传感器的应用。尽管如此，我国自主研发生产的传感器总体技术水平仍然比较落后，多数企业仍以中低端产品为主，高端传感器产品仅占国内市场总额的比例不足20%。此外，相关领域中智能化以及微型化的传感器产品严重短缺。上述因素导致国内传感器技术及相关产业始终无法突破发展瓶颈。随着科学技术水平的不断发展，传感器技术的瓶颈已经成为限制其他行业发展的关键点。因此，本文针对国内传感器产业薄弱的现状，并借鉴国外发达国家传感器产业的发展经验，希望提出一些有针对性的对策和建议。
