摘 要

科技服务型企业作为新时代的新兴企业类型，对时代的进步与发展具有重大意义。就当今中国经济企业而言，需要一个行业起到带领经济增长，突破经济瓶颈的领头者，从某种意义上来讲，科技服务型企业将是中国新经济发展壮大的一个重要作用点，以独立业态登上舞台的科技服务型企业，将对中国未来的经济行业产生深远的意义。在借助前人研究科技服务型企业的基础上，本文进一步增进对科技服务型企业的探究，通过对科技服务型企业生命周期和相关特征的分析，探讨我国现阶段科技服务型企业发展所存在的一系列问题，提出自己的建议及看法。进而促使我国科技服务型企业增强自己的核心竞争力，完善本企业的规章制度建设，凝练企业文化内涵，确保企业自身在行业竞争中处于优势地位。

Abstract

As a new type of enterprise in the new era， science and technology service enterprise are of great significance to the progress of the era. As far as Chinese economic enterprises are concerned， an industry is needed to lead economic growth to break the economic bottleneck. In a sense， technology-based service companies will be an important role for China's new economic development and growth. The science and technology service-oriented enterprises that stand on the stage of independent business development will have far-reaching significance for China's future economic industry. Based on the predecessors' research on technology-based service-oriented enterprises，this article will further enhance the exploration of technology-based service-oriented enterprises and adopt technology-based services. The analysis of the life cycle of companies and their related characteristics has drawn a series of problems in the development of technology-based service companies in China and put forward their own suggestions and opinions. In this way， China's science and technology service-oriented enterprises will enhance their core competitiveness， improve their own corporate rules and regulations， and consolidate their culture， thus maintaining their competitive position in the industry.
