摘 要

随着经济技术化的发展，冷链物流作为一个新兴产业，发挥着越来越重要的作用，尤其在民生安全和社会保障层面。冷链物流突破了传统物流企业的管理方法，但在管理方法和手段上，仍存在着一些问题。

冷链物流包括预冷处理、冷链加工及储存、冷链运输和配送销售等，而冷链物流运营就是将这些既相对独立，又相互关联的活动组织起来，进行一体化的处理和运作，也就是说，冷链物流运营管理就是对冷链物流活动的规划、组织、协调和控制，良好的运营系统能够提供可持续的竞争优势及高度的客户反应能力。

因此，本文结合国内外冷链物流现状，对上海中外运冷链物流公司运营现状进行SWOT分析，进行深入的了解。对其存在的劣势和威胁提出针对性运营管理优化建议，促进上海中外运冷链物流公司的良好发展，把握竞争优势。

1.1研究背景与意义

1.1.1 研究目的

随着中国国际化和城市化进程加快，人们的消费理念和饮食习惯也发生了改变，开始关注自身健康，对食品质量安全有了更高的要求。冷链行业作为新兴产业，发展较为迅速。资本主义市场对此前景普遍看好，国家有关政策也进一步完善，冷链配送服务及冷藏车迎来机遇，前景不可小觑。

但也无法忽视现阶段冷链物流存在的问题和挑战，从现阶段来看，由于起步较慢，仍不完善，服务水平较低，问题及挑战依旧存在，迫切需要改善。

基于这一点，本文从上海中外运冷链物流运营现状出发，对其运营管理进行有益的探讨，为我国冷链物流发展注入新的内容。冷链物流运营系统是一个复杂的系统，由众多独立又相互制约的因素构成。冷链物流产业链良好的资源整合及运作状况可促进持续发展，为此，本文着重研究对冷链物流运营有关键影响的环节。
