摘 要

大众生活水平和消费水平的提高极大地刺激了人们对汽车的需求。在汽车保有量持续增长的同时报废量也不断增加，进而产生了废弃物随意堆放、重金属污染等严重的生态环境问题。而资源是有限的，这迫使我们要不断地向可持续的经济发展模式靠拢。汽车零部件再制造作为我国一个新兴的产业，可以为报废汽车所带来的环境污染、资源浪费等难题提供一个最佳解决途径，其不仅具有显著的社会效益和经济效益，还有着非常重要的环境效益，对发展循环经济，建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会有着很大的推动作用。

汽车零部件再制造定义是充分利用已经被使用过的汽车中的二次资源，在相应标准下，结合先进的修复、改造技术，恢复旧汽车零部件的性能或者产生新的性能，形成一个产业化的制造过程。再制造技术广泛用于废旧机电产品资源化工作。再制造汽车零部件成本低、质量高，不但可以极大满足当前社会发展的巨大需求，还能节约大量成本和资源。

本文主要研究国内外汽车零部件再制造产业发展进行概述，再针对我国大环境以及武汉市再制造产业发展存在的问题，提出对策，设计出武汉市汽车零部件再制造回收系统。

本文的特色是针对武汉市汽车零部件再制造发展情况，设计出全新的汽车零部件再制造回收系统。

Abstract

The improvement of people living standard and the level of consumption have greatly stimulated the demand for cars.The amount of scarped car being increasing with the growth in car ownership has lead to a lot of environmental problems,such as the dumping of waste,heavy metal pollution.We need to get close to sustainable economic development pattern because of the limit of resources.As an emerging industry in China,auto parts re-manufacturing provide a best solution to environmental pollution and wasting resources,which were resulted from scarped cars.It not only has the remarkable social efficiency and economic benefits,there is a very important environmental benefits.It plays an important role in the development of our country.

Auto parts re-manufacturing is defined as to make full use of the secondary resources of used cars with the advanced repair and renovation technology in a strict quality standard,to make car parts restore the original performance.Re-manufacturing technology is widely used in the recycling of waste electronic-mechanical products.It can meet the huge demand of social development because of low cost and high product quality,as well as saving a lot of resources.

This article mainly summary of development of the automotive re-manufacturing industry.And study the existing problems in the industry in Wuhan city.Then put forward solutions.

The characteristic of this paper is aimed at the auto parts re-manufacturing development in Wuhan,then design a new auto parts re-manufacturing recycling system.

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究目的与意义

汽车产业是我国经济发展的支柱产业，在我国占有举足轻重的市场地位。随着社会经济的发展，人们生活水平有了很大的提高，购买汽车不再是一种奢望。汽车为人们的生活提供了极大的便利，但它在为人类创造巨大物质财富、便利交通的同时，也消耗了大量的自然资源，产生了大量的废弃物，是本来就不堪重负的生态环境变得更加的岌岌可危。中国汽车市场七年来一直是全球第一大汽车市场，据2015年统计，我国汽车销量同比增长4.7％，报2460万辆，这还是增速变缓的结果。汽车销量高，也意味着汽车报废量高，2015年我国报废汽车超过500万辆。报废量虽高，但我国目前对报废汽车的回收利用却非常有限，报废汽车被回收站或者地下市场收走后，一台台轿车变速箱等被随意拆解、压扁，最终成为一堆废铁，这对于废旧汽车零部件来说是一种资源浪费，这种处理办法令人非常痛心。

本文对汽车零部件再制造产业进行深入研究，意在找出汽车零部件再制造产业发展的一般规律、所需条件等，并学习国外发达国家的汽车零部件再制造回收体系的先进经验，结合我国的环境，分析武汉市汽车零部件再制造回收系统，对武汉市汽车零部件再制造回收体系的建立与完善提出改进方案，促进武汉市汽车零部件再制造产业的发展。
