摘 要

本文通过系统分析，在深入了解企业创新、升级以及转型升级的基础上，界定企业创新升级的内涵；在熟练掌握核心竞争力理论和动态能力理论的基础上，概括三线企业创新升级的表现形式；在理解资源基础理论和权变理论的基础上，分析影响三线企业创新升级的因素；根据企业创新升级概念、表现形式和影响因素，构建三线企业创新升级的理论模型。同时以湖北省三线企业为研究对象，了解湖北三线企业的发展沿革，通过对创新成功与失败的湖北三线企业典型案例的分析来了解企业湖北三线企业创新升级的必要性和重要性，并且对一部分湖北三线企业进行实地考察与对管理人员进行访谈，归纳总结湖北三线企业创新升级困境，研究除湖北省三线企业外，别的地区在解决这些困难、问题方面的经验与措施，并在此基础上提出湖北三线企业创新升级的对策建议，为湖北三线企业创新升级提供相关参考。

Abstract

The thesis defines the concept of enterprise innovation and upgrade on the basis of further study of enterprise’s innovation、enterprise’s upgrading and enterprise’s transformation and upgrading through system analysis；summarizes the form of third line enterprises’s innovation and upgrade on the basis of understanding the core competence theory and dynamic capability theory；analyzes the influencing factors of third line enterprises’s innovation and upgrade on the basis of understanding the resource-based theory and contingency theory. According to the concept、form and influencing factors of enterprise innovation upgrade，the thesis builds the theoretical model of thrid line enterprise’s innovation and upgrade. At the same time，taking the thrid line enterprises in hubei province as the research object, understanding the history development of hubei thrid line enterprise, understanding the necessity and importance of hubei thrid line enterprises’ innovation and upgrade through analyzing the typical cases of hubei thrid line enterprises which are success or fail in innovation and upgrade，and carrying out on-the-spot investigation to the part of thrid line enterprises in hubei and interviewing to managements，generalizing the difficulties and problems of hubei thrid line enterprises’s innovation and upgrade，researching other areas’ experience and measures in adressing these difficulties and problems among the thrid line enterprises in Hubei Province，and based on this，puting forward suggestions to the hubei thrid line enterprises’ innovation and upgrade，providing relevant reference to the hubei thrid line enterprises’ innovation and upgrade.
