武汉沃尔玛物流和供应链管理策略研究毕业论文

摘 要
在这个网络化、信息化时代,所有传统企业竞争的方式都发生了改变,从原来的市场、规模、商品为竞争能力的企业竞争模式已经转变成了以供应链管理为主的竞争。强化供应链管理将成为企业的发展、进步和改革的核心竞争手段。
本论文以武汉沃尔玛供应链管理和配送为主要研究对象,结合实际情况,通过对武汉沃尔玛物流配送的分析,认为物流配送中心在武汉沃尔玛的发展过程中不可缺少的重要一环。如果武汉地区的沃尔玛想要得到更大的突破,发展物流是关键中的关键。在武汉地区建立配送中心是最明智的选择,这是目前能优化武汉沃尔玛物流的唯一方法。同时,建立武汉沃尔玛物流的配送中心,有助于武汉零售业从根本上对货物流通进行再认识。在供应链管理上,通过对武汉沃尔玛相关部门的分析,了解武汉沃尔玛供应链管理的现状,武汉沃尔玛会采纳许多不同供应商的意见,从商品的种类细致到运输,生产及相关步骤的收费情况,等双方都比划出最优条件,商品就可以开始上架。在全球信息化的时代,认为这是武汉零售业发展的新方向,完善供应链管理方法,能够帮助企业合理利用资源。
