摘 要

由于经济形势的快速变化，企业现阶段的财务管理模式已经无法满足新的需求。伴随着企业业务规模的不断扩张,且由国内向国外延伸的趋势更加明显,集团对各分(子)公司的财务管控难度加大了。为化解这一难题,集团型企业需要加快促进财务转型升级,着力提升财务的价值创造和业务支持能力,有效控制财务风险和经营风险,通过研究和实践表明,实施财务共享服务达成的效果是比较显著的。

一种更加高效的财务管理模式正在被企业所需求。财务共享服务模式能够对企业的运营成本控制、运营效率提升具有非常好的提升作用。所以，企业对这种方法的运用也越来越多。本文以海尔集团财务管理模式为例,通过说明、分析海尔集

团财务共享模式的构建、运行，阐释财务共享的运行机制。本文的首先就海尔集团财务共享中心模式的运用现状进行了分析,包括其共享中心的发展历程和现行的特色模块,接着从海尔财务共享中心现存的问题入手,得出海尔财务共享中心目前还存在技术不够成熟、人才流失率高、考核机制存在弊病等结论,最后依据前部分的问题,针对性的提出了完善信息技术应用、优化财务人才管理、完善绩效考评体系等措施以此来总结归纳财务共享运作成功的因素以及路径,为我国其他企业进行财务变革提供经验。

Abstract

Due to the rapid change of the economic situation, the financial management mode of enterprises at the present stage has been unable to meet the new needs. With the continuous expansion of enterprise business scale, and the trend of extending from domestic to foreign countries is more obvious, the group has become more difficult to control the financial affairs of each sub-company. In order to solve this problem, group enterprises need to accelerate the promotion of financial transformation and upgrading, focus on improving financial value creation and business support capabilities, and effectively control financial risks and operational risks. Through research and practice, it is shown that the implementation of financial sharing services can achieve significant results.

A more efficient financial management model is being demanded by enterprises. Financial Shared service model can improve the operation cost control and operation efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, enterprises are using this method more and more. Taking the financial management mode of Haier group as an example, this paper explains the operation mechanism of financial sharing by explaining and analyzing the construction and operation of the financial sharing mode of Haier group. Financial Shared center model in this paper, the Haier group in the first place of the use of the present situation is analyzed, including the share center of development and the current features of the module, and then from the existing problems of financial sharing center, Haier exist in financial center of Shared technology maturity, high attrition rates and examination system flaws such as conclusion, the last on the basis of the former part of the problem, targeted put forward the perfect information technology application, optimize financial talent management, perfect performance evaluation system and other measures to summarizing financial sharing factors in the success of the operation and path, provide the experience to other enterprises to carry out financial reform in China.

随着全球经济的有效融合，集团企业和跨国公司的数量越来越多，通过不断的扩张，市场遍布全球各地，为了谋求更大的发展，企业各分支机构都采取设立独立的管理服务部门以及建立相应的财务管理制度来适应新的发展需求。当今世界,全球企业都面临着空前的激烈竞争,一部分大型企业集团意识到必须改变原有的经营管理模式,只有通过变革，优化组织结构和经营模式,才能使企业拥有强有力的竞争力,才能不断地适应新环境以及时代的变革。同时企业的财务管理制度不断地更新能够让其更好的适应新的经营环境及经营风险。新技术、新手法的有效运用，帮助企业在财务管理上有了更好的提升。财务共享服务模式由于能够让企业的运营成本下降，还能够提高企业的经营效率，所以得到了广大企业的认可。

海尔集团在推进财务共享模式期间,企业从多个角度来对企业的财务共享体系进行完善。比如财务信息管理系统、绩效管理系统等。随着市场竞争环境压力越来越大，海尔集团这一新的模式是一种新的突破,也是在大数据时代及经济全球化背景下催生的产物。本文通过分析、研究财务共享模式,以海尔集团为例,探究财务共享中心模式对海尔集团业务流程的影响,对海尔集团在财务管理方面，存在哪些流程上的漏洞，然后根据存在的漏洞来制定有效的措施进行改善。通过海尔集团的财务共享发展情况就能折射出我国其他企业的财务共享管理现状，然后对海尔集团的财务共享模式进行有效分析，找出这一模式是否会与企业的经营流程存在不匹配的情况，进而提升海尔集团的财务共享水平,推进海尔集团的财务治理能力是本文研究的目的。
