摘 要

随着云计算、通信网络、物联网等新一代信息技术的快速发展，大数据时代悄然而至。大数据成为推动商业模式创新的重要因素。近年来，科技小微企业正凭借着惊人的力量进入我们的视野，成为缓解就业缺口、提升国家创新能力、促进经济发展的重要驱动力。由于科技型小微企业自身的固有缺陷，使其普遍存在着商业模式模糊、商业模式陈旧等问题。在大数据飞速发展的今天，如何抓住这一历史性机遇，促进科技型小微企业商业模式创新，将成为科技型小微企业转型升级、高质量发展的关键。

目前，将大数据运用于科技型小微企业商业模式创新的研究并未形成成熟的研究体系，本文结合传统的商业模式框架和科技型小微企业的发展特点，以大数据时代为背景，提出基于大数据的科技型小微企业商业模式的创新框架，重点阐述了如何利用海量数据促进商业模式各要素的创新，并以南京智慧交通有限公司为例，按照前文成果为其设计商业模式，最后提出促进大数据力量下商业模式创新的保障因素，以期为科技型小微企业商业模式的创新提供一定的借鉴。

Research on business model innovation of small

and micro technological enterprises based on big data

Abstract

With the rapid development of Internet of things, communication network and other new generation information technology, the application of big data has become a new development trend in the 21st century. Big data has become an significant factor in putting forward business model innovation. In recent years, small and micro enterprises of science and technology are entering our field of vision with amazing power, becoming an important driving force to alleviate the employment gap, improve the national innovation ability and promote economic development. there are many dilemma preventing the growth of small and micro enterprises of science and technology such as vague business model and old business model . Today, with the rapid development of big data, the key to transform, promote and increase development of small and micro tech enterprises is how to promote the innovation of business model of small and micro tech enterprises

At present, the application of big data in the research of business model innovation of small and micro enterprises of science and technology has not formed a mature research system. Based on the existing business model framework and the development characteristics of small and micro enterprises of science and technology, this paper establishes the innovation framework of business model of small and micro enterprises of science and technology based on big data. Focusing on how to use massive data to promote business, Taking Nanjing Intelligent Transportation Co., Ltd. as an example, according to the above results, the paper designs the business model, and finally puts forward the guarantee factors to promote the business model innovation under the power of big data, in order to provide some reference for the business model innovation of small and micro technological enterprises
