顺丰物流公司运营模式研究毕业论文

摘 要
本文使用文献的综述法、问卷的调查法、个案的研究法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法对顺丰物流公司的运营情况做了细致的调查和研究,得出了以下结论:
(1)顺丰物流在初期增长缓慢,随着互联网技术的逐渐革新,顺丰公司的扩张速度开始呈指数倍增加,2005到2010期间增长点达到了50多,从数十家网点一跃到了数千家,随后以每年千家左右的速度增长,现在几乎覆盖了全国各地。
(2)顺丰物流公司主要重视的是物流服务和运输效率,但对于员工的选拔、培养和管理都不重视。物流行业的大部分员工都不将这份工作当做长期工作,因此很少有精通物流方面知识的员工,所以顺丰公司和各个物流公司想要培养物流专业人才来提升自己的商业竞争力,需要对这一情况进行调整。
(3)车辆空间使用问题、车辆维修保养费用为题以及多余网点花费问题使得顺丰物流公司的运营成本非常高,从而导致顺丰物流公司的货运费用在国内相较于其他物流公司偏高。
(4)顺丰物流公司因为自己有着雄厚的资产实力,而且早已形成自己的运营模式和管理体系,所以完全没有与其他公司合作的观念。
根据这些结论,文章提出了构建企业合作供应链一体化;在“互联网 ”模式下操作运营管理;建立综合培养体系三个建议,这有利于促进中国物流业的发展,对一些物流公司指定运营模式有一定的指导意义。

Research on Operation Mode of Shunfeng Logistics Company
Abstract
this paper makes a detailed investigation and study on the operation of the Shunfeng Logistics Co., Ltd., and the following conclusions are drawn:
(1) Shunfeng Logistics grew slowly in the initial stage. With the gradual innovation of Internet technology, the expansion rate of Shunfeng Company began to increase exponential, and the growth point reached more than 50 during the period from 2005 to 2010, from dozens of outlets to thousands. Subsequently, it grew at a rate of about 1,000 a year and now covers almost all parts of the country.
(2) Shunfeng Logistics Company mainly attaches importance to logistics service and transportation efficiency, but does not attach importance to the selection, training and management of employees. Most employees in the logistics industry do not regard this job as a long-term job, so there are few employees who are proficient in logistics, so Shunfeng and various logistics companies want to train logistics professionals to enhance their business competitiveness. This situation needs to be adjusted.
(3) the operation cost of Shunfeng Logistics Company is very high because of the problem of the use of vehicle space, the problem of vehicle maintenance cost and the cost of redundant network. As a result, the freight cost of Shunfeng Logistics Company is higher than that of other logistics companies in China.
(4) Shunfeng Logistics Company has no concept of cooperation with other
companies because of its strong asset strength and its own operation mode and management system.
According to these conclusions, this paper puts forward the construction of the integration of enterprise cooperative supply chain, the operation and management under the mode of "Internet". There are three suggestions for establishing a comprehensive training system, which are helpful to promote the development of logistics industry in China and have certain guiding significance for some logistics companies to designate the operation mode.
