提升物流企业核心竞争力研究毕业论文

摘 要
在经济体制不断完善和企业改革的不断深入下,企业越来越加强对物流的重视,让物流积极和健康的发展,可以扩大我国物流企业的利润空间。因此,以物流企业为基础,对物流企业的核心竞争力进行细致的分析,提出提升物流企业核心竞争力的策略及措施,可以帮助我国物流业实现健康和快速的发展。
本文在对有关物流企业核心竞争力理论进行梳理的基础上,选取近年发展态势比较好,我国第一大民营物流公司——顺丰速运有限公司为案例,对其进行SWOT分析,与同行业比较之后归纳其优劣势,以此来选择和确立其提升核心竞争力的方向,并总结出顺丰速运提高核心竞争力的具体措施,为加强资源整合,实施战略联盟;提高服务质量与业务运作能力,确保客户满意度;互联网+快选,增强物流服务的创新能力;加强品牌建设,提升社会影响力;020战略的实施,加强企业营销能力;完善人才机制,获得优秀人才。
最后通过文献研究法、案例分析法总结出提高物流企业核心竞争力的措施,对我国物流企业应该如何促进核心竞争力的提高进行了理论分析,并且发现目前我国物流企业在提升核心竞争力时遇到的问题以及产生问题的原因,以顺丰速运的优秀发展为案例进行分析,具体分析了其在提升核心竞争力的措施,最后为我国所有物流企业提升核心竞争力提出几条有可借鉴性的建议。

This article carding about logistics enterprise core competitiveness theory, on the basis of selecting development situation is better in recent years, China's first private logistics companies - suitable abundant speed luck co., LTD as a case, carries on the SWOT analysis, compared with the same industry after summing up its advantages and disadvantages, in order to select and establish the direction of its core competitiveness, and sums up the suitable abundant speed luck to improve the core competitiveness of specific measures, to strengthen resource integration, the implementation of strategic alliance; Improve service quality and business operation ability to ensure customer satisfaction; Internet fast selection to enhance the innovative capacity of logistics services; Strengthen brand building and enhance social influence; The implementation of the 020 strategy strengthens the enterprise's marketing capability; Improve the talent mechanism and obtain excellent talents.
At last, through literature research, case analysis, sums up the measures to improve the core competitiveness of logistics enterprises of our country logistics enterprises core competitiveness research has carried on the theoretical analysis, summing up the constituent elements of logistics enterprises core competitiveness, and found that at present our country logistics enterprises encountered problems in the core competitiveness, and through the suitable abundant speed luck success measures for our country logistics enterprises core competitiveness of a few can helps for recommendations.
