摘 要

在数据大爆炸背景下，各国对大数据产业的重视程度日益提高，大数据产业成为衡量一国综合实力的重要指标。本文主要研究中国大数据产业发展的现状和对策。

本文在总结前人研究成果的基础之上分析了大数据产业的内涵特点、发展现状以及大数据产业的发展对策。接着阐述了国外大数据产业的发展现状。首先分析了美国大数据产业的发展现状；其次是日本；最后对包括包括英国、法国、德国在内的欧洲主要国家大数据产业发展做了分析，并总结出了国外大数据产业发展的典型特征。然后着重讨论我国大数据产业发展的现状，第一层分析我国大数据发展的总体状况；第二层分析我国大数据区域发展现状；第三层总结了我国大数据产业发展的典型特征。最后对以上研究进行汇总，并通过结论提出了启示，探讨政府、学校、企业如何更好的促进我国大数据产业的发展。

Research on the development status and countermeasures of China's big data industry

Abstract

In the context of the information explosion, countries pay increasing attention to the big data industry, which has become an important indicator to measure a country's comprehensive strength. This paper mainly studies the current situation and countermeasures of the development of China's big data industry.

On the basis of summarizing the previous research results, this paper analyzes the connotation characteristics, development status and development countermeasures of the big data industry. Then the development status of foreign big data industry is expounded. Firstly, the development status of big data industry in America is analyzed. Second, Japan; Finally, it analyzes the development of big data industry in major European countries including Britain, France and Germany, and summarizes the typical characteristics of foreign big data industry development. Secondly, the development status of China's big data industry is discussed. The second part analyzes the development status of China's big data region. The third layer summarizes the typical characteristics of China's big data industry development. Finally, this paper summarizes the above research, and puts forward enlightenment through the conclusion, and discusses how the government, schools and enterprises can better promote the development of China's big data industry.

第一章 绪论

随着互联网技术进一步发展，信息技术的不断变革，大数据产业对经济发展的作用越来越明显，它渗透到人们生活领域的各个方面，成为各国关注的热点问题。同样，在此背景下，中国大数据产业也在迅速的崛起，对我国经济的发展起到了积极的作用。

研究背景

随着计算机技术和网络的的发展且不断融入到我们生活的各个方面，使得数据正在迅速的膨胀并且不断地扩大，信息的积累已经达到了爆炸的程度，并开始引发一场变革。到了2012年，大数据这个词语被越来越多的人所熟悉，他被用来阐述信息爆炸所产生的海量数据，与之相关的技术和创新被越来越多的应用，并在国外一些知名报刊头版头条被报道。

随着时间的推移，大数据对企业发展的建设作用越来越明显，企业对大数据发展的关注度越来越高，我国在大数据发展的进程下，紧跟全球大数据技术发展的浪潮，各界对大数据给予了较高的关注度。

文献综述

全球新一代信息技术加速发展，大数据技术越来越成为各个国家地区关注的对象，国内大数据市场需求不断扩大，大数据发展也不断遇到新的挑战，面对当下大数据发展的重要机遇期，如何有效推动大数据产业健康、迅速发展，是政府治理能力的体现，是学校、企业相互合作程度的体现、是国家综合国力的体现，这对我国经济发展发展有重大的意义。
