摘 要

随着改革开放的深入，原有的科技计划体系不断地获得扩充，科技资源配置问题越来越突出，已成为国家经济、社会发展必须要解决地问题。本文系统的研究了科技资源市场配置的特点、规律和方式，弥补了现有理论研究的不足，这有利于专家学者对科技资源市场配置模式的研究，有助于人们清晰地认识科技资源市场配置问题，从而为政府决策提供参考。

科技资源配置是解决科技活动的一个重要依托，尤其是当前创新活跃的背景下，把科技资源配置到最需要的环境中去，是提高科技资源效率，提高科技资源产出的重中之重，论文采用文献梳理法、数据分析法等研究方法，以科技资源配置相关理论为基础，将论文分成六个部分进行研究。首先，通过文献梳理，归纳科技资源配置和科技资源市场配置的国内外相关理论研究，并进行总结，为下面的研究提供理论支持；其次，界定了资源配置、科技资源配置、科技资源市场配置等核心概念，对科技资源系统结构有了清晰的认知；第三部分，运用文献分析法，总结归纳科技资源市场配置的特点并分析；第四部分，总结出科技资源市场配置的一般规律；第五部分，分析得出科技资源市场配置的方式；第六部分，提出完善科技资源市场配置的一些建议，并进行展望。
