摘 要

随着中国经济的高速发展，逐渐在中等收入的国家站稳了脚跟，成为了一个经济大国，但是中国的经济结构却出现了分化，而且这种分化逐渐明显。要在这种变化中获得发展，传统的需求管理要受到重视，现在看来，最重要的任务就是要改善供给侧环境，同时也要使机制得到完善。供给侧结构新改革这一决策的提出，让我国的经济能够有一个长期的稳定的发展。

本文在确定研究方向和制定好研究计划后，查找相关文献，在整理归纳诸多学者研究成果的基础上，研究供给侧结构性改革与科技创新治理，以及二者之间的相关联系，存在的问题等。首先，采用文献梳理的研究方法，对供给侧结构性改革、科技创新以及科技创新治理的相关理念进行了本人的整理和总结，从而支持下文的研究理论；其次，通过列举不同产业在供给侧结构性改革的背景下的发展，研究供给侧结构性改革对新兴产业与传统产业的不同影响；然后，结合查找的文献阐述供给侧结构性改革与科技创新治理的相互关系，科技创新推动供给侧结构性改革，供给侧改革在促进科技创新的要素分析；最后，总结本文的研究结论和展望。

本文的研究结果显示，要想有效推动供给侧结构性改革，实现新常态下的新发展，只有形成以科技创新为主要引领和支撑的经济格局，切实解决好经济发展动力的切换问题。
