摘 要

创业资源的搜集和合成贯穿于整个创业过程之中，创业者要有能力辨别各类创业资源，依靠组织内部和环境的外部力量整合并创新创业资源，提升企业的核心竞争力，推进组织的发展。所以，在不同创业阶段研究创业资源是十分有意义的。

本文根据创业企业的不同阶段呈现出的特点，阐述不同时期的创业资源对企业发展的影响。结合我国创业企业的实际情况，提出了创业企业在实际发展过程中的问题，并对提出的问题给出了相应的原因分析。

通过研究，总结归纳创业过程中创业资源的特点，认为机会识别、战略决策、持续竞争优势是三个阶段显著的特点，并通过创新管理模式、共享创业资源、调整创业主体的方式，充分利用创业资源，促进企业的发展。

Research on Entrepreneurial Resources in the Process of Entrepreneurship

Abstract

There is the access and intergration of entrepreneurial resources along with the entire entrepreneurial process,entrepreneurs need to identify all kinds of business resources effectively,and with the strength of the enterprise internal and external business resources, it begins to organize and integrate the entrepreneurial resources. Therefore, the study of entrepreneurial resources of the entrepreneurial process is the interpretation of a new perspective.

This article presents the different stages of the characteristics of venture enterprises and describes the effect of entrepreneurial resources in different periods of the development of enterprises.Combined with the actual situation of China's Venture enterprises, the article put forward the problems in the process of entrepreneurial enterprises in the actual development. And the raised issues are given corresponding Causes.

Through research, I summarize the characteristics of the entrepreneurial process,thinking opportunity recognition, strategic decision-making and sustainable competitive advantage are the characteristics of three stages significantly. Through the innovation management pattern, Shared business resources, adjusting the way of business main body, these ways can make full use of the entrepreneurship resources and promote the development of enterprises.

1.1.1 研究背景

自从国家提出“双创”概念之后，创业一词成为街头巷尾谈论最多的一个话题之一。创业是指创业者通过投入必要的时间和努力创造有价值的新事物，最终获得金钱、个人满足感和独立性的过程，创业过程中通常伴随着财务、精神和社会风险。多研究成果表明，创业是活跃地区经济、促进地区发展的一个积极因素，特别是在当前中国经济快速增长的环境下，创业在加快地区经济发展和改善地区就业状况等方面更发挥着显著作用。总而言之，创业的进步也是国家经济发展的重要表现，对增加就业，刺激需求有着积极的作用。

从起初的创业念想到最后的创业成功，在整个创业过程中，始终伴随着创业资源的搜集与整理。这个特点是创业离不开创业资源，无论处于何种阶段。同时要清晰地判断出各类创业资源的种类和用途，提高组织的核心竞争力。通过研究国内外的案例与文献，我们可以发现创业者重视创业资源已经得到认可，不过还有一些问题没有明确的答案，如创业资源与创业资源之间的关系、创业资源与创业过程之间的关系等，目前尚没有清晰的研究框架。
