摘 要

随着环境污染问题的加剧，汽车产业在寻求技术的不断创新与突破，因此新能源汽车的技术研发和产业化发展受到了更多地关注。发展新能源汽车产业也是未来我国汽车产业发展的重点。目前，我国新能源汽车产业的发展步入正轨，进入快速发展期，但发展过程中仍存在着许多亟待解决的问题。

本文概括了研究背景和意义，就能源汽车发展的必要性和必然性的理论依据进行概括，主要是可持续发展理论和产业生命周期理论。分析我国新能源汽车产业的发展现状，采用SWOT模型分析影响我国新能源汽车发展的因素，进一步看到问题的根源所在，结合实际提出了一些更好的发展建议，把握新能源汽车产业未来的发展趋势。

Abstract

With the intensification of environmental pollution, the car industry in seeking to technology development and breakthrough, So people pay more and more attention to the technology research and development of new energy vehicles and promotion.The future development of China's auto industry is the focus of the development of new energy vehicles industry . At present, the development of new energy automobile industry in our country back on track, entered the rapid development, but in the process of development there are still many problems to be solved.

This article summarizes the research background and significance of energy vehicles development were summarized, the theoretical basis of the necessity and inevitability of the sustainable development theory and industry life cycle theory. Analysis of the development of new energy automobile industry in our country, using the SWOT analysis model of the factors affecting the development of new energy vehicles in China, to see the root cause of the problem, put forward some Suggestions for the development of better, with the actual grasp the trend of the development of new energy vehicles industry.

第一章 导言

1.1研究背景

1.资源的有限性。石油资源是有限的，我国虽是世界石油生产大国，但石油消费的高幅度增长和产量的低幅度增加，造成了我国石油短缺和进口量大幅度上涨的情况。过度依赖石油进口，许多不确定因素在国际贸易过程容易导致油价波动，影响我国石油供给，威胁我国经济发展。

2.环境保护的需求。“低碳经济”发展的呼吁，节能减排工作的推进。据调查，10个世界上污染最严重的城市中，有7个是中国的。传统汽车在行驶过程中排放的尾气是大气污染的重要污染源。所以在环保需求下，我国必须转变传统能源的消耗模式，坚持可持续发展，保护生态环境。

3.从产业生命周期分析，如今传统汽车产业发展的黄金期已过，新能源汽车产业处于蓬勃发展期。整个新能源汽车产业的发展更能适应社会不断发展的需求。

发展新能源汽车，有效解决中国能源危机，实现我国汽车工业可持续发展，落实节能减排工作的需要，实现我国汽车产业飞跃，不断强大我国工业的综合竞争力。

1.2 研究问题

经过我国不断的发展和努力，我国新能源汽车产业形成了比较完整的产业链结构。但相比国外主要汽车工业发达国家，仍然存在产品成本高，基础设施不完善、行业发展不规范、缺乏核心竞争力等问题。

本篇论文深入探讨如下问题：第一，新能源汽车行业发展现状；第二，如何去统筹规划发展壮大我国新能源汽车行业；第三，在发展的过程中有哪些战略规划来提升我国新能源汽车竞争力。

1.研究目的

针对新能源汽车的分类不同、技术特点不一、发展路线不一，对各种汽车技术的特点、产业市场化化所需要的条件、产业政策的特点和作用等认识不明确，就可能会导致资源的浪费，导致整个产业无法实现其规模化。因此，需要分析目前我国新能源汽车产业发展的现状和面临的瓶颈，创新性提出产业规划和发展方向。
