摘 要

随着经济全球化的日益加深，传统企业在经济全球化的背景下越来越难以向前迈进，从而促使他们寻求突破创新来摆脱目前的窘境，但是对于新技术的知识匮乏和人才缺失，让他们在寻求突破创新时举步维艰。于是，越来越多的企业想要突破自己的技术瓶颈开始寻求和其他组织的合作创新，由企业提供资金，高等院校，科研机构组织提供人才与知识，最终共同分享研究成果。最终的利益分配对于合作创新是很重要的，它也是合作创新能否顺利完成的关键问题。很多合作各方就是因为利益分配的不均而产生矛盾，浪费了大量的资金、人才和精力，最终换来的却是合作创新的失败。

本文在总结前人的研究基础之上分析了利益分配机制的含义，构成要素以及完善利益分配机制的意义。接着说明合作创新的产生背景，然后说明利益分配机制对合作创新的意义，再接着说明利益分配机制的影响形式，最后说明利益分配机制对于合作创新的影响结果。然后本文以辽宁机电职业技术学院的案例来分析利益分配机制对合作创新的影响形式和结果。最后对以上研究进行总结，同时通过结论提出对于合作创新中利益分配机制的启示，探讨校企之间如何通过利益分配机制来达成合作创新，从而完成双赢的局面。

Research on the Mechanism of Benefit Distribution in Cooperative Innovation

Abstract

With economic globalization deepening, the traditional enterprise under the background of economic globalization increasingly difficult to move forward, prompting them to seek a breakthrough innovation to get rid of the dilemma, but for the new technology of the lack of knowledge and lack of talent, let them to seek a breakthrough in a new difficult. So more and more enterprises want to break their technical bottleneck began seeking and other organizations of cooperative innovation, by the enterprise fund, universities, research institutions and organizations to provide personnel and intellectual eventually share research results. The final benefit distribution is very important for the cooperative innovation, and it is also the key problem of the successful completion of the cooperative innovation. Many of the parties are due to uneven distribution of interests and conflicts, waste a lot of money, talent and energy, and ultimately, it is the failure of cooperative innovation.

On the basis of summarizing the previous studies, this paper analyzes the meaning of interest distribution mechanism, the elements and the significance of perfecting the mechanism of interest distribution. Then, it describes the cooperative innovation in the background, and then explain the significance of interest distribution mechanism of cooperative innovation, then went on to explain that interest distribution mechanism of the influence, finally, it explains the interest distribution mechanism for cooperative innovation as a result of the influence of. Then this paper takes the case of Liaoning Jidian Polytechnic as an example to analyze the influence form and result of the mechanism of interest distribution on the cooperation innovation. Finally the above research were summarized, and the conclusion proposed enlightenment for the interest distribution mechanism in cooperative innovation, to explore between college and how the interest distribution mechanism to reach a cooperation innovation, so as to achieve a win-win situation.

第一章 导论

随着经济全球化的不断演变，利益分配已经成为合作创新中的热点问题，它对于合作创新起着至关重要的作用，很多都会由于利益分配的不合理，从而影响合作伙伴之间合作创新的持续性和稳定性，最终导致合作创新以失败而告终。

1.1 研究背景

如今，创新已经成为企业、地区乃至国家取得竞争优势的重要捷径了。对于企业来说，为了应付日益激烈的市场竞争、创新的不确定性和复杂性，科技的进步速度已经比从前加快了许多，企业为了规避资本风险以及市场流失等困境，开始寻求与其他组织组建合作创新团队来突破自身的技术瓶颈。据相关数据统计，由于利益分配没能够同时满足合作各方的要求，这就使得合作创新的失败率高达一半以上。所以，合作创新想要成功的重要条件是它的合理性和有效性。越来越多的学者开始对合作创新中的利益分配机制进行研究，但是很多的研究都只能够局限于其中的一部分，而不能够做到统筹全局。

1.2 文献综述

随着全球经济一体化趋势日益明显，技术更新的速度在不断的变快，而企业为了能够跟上技术更新的步伐，可是自身又不能独立完成，所以就开始寻求与其他组织的合作。合作各方通过整合各方的资源优势进行资源互补，从而更快更好的完成创新，达到共赢的局面。但是在合作的过程中，各方都是为了自己的利益着想，所以往往会在利益分配的问题上出现分歧，导致合作关系的破裂。如何解决利益分配的问题，成为了合作创新的重要问题，所以学者对合作创新中利益分配机制的研究越来越多，提出了许多解决利益分配不合理的办法。

Amir（2008）和 Kalaignanam（2007）认为合作研发过程中由于知识共享和溢出效应，“搭便车”等机会主义行为导致合作伙伴投入太少，合理的利益分配机制能够能减轻他所造成的不良影响，增进合作研发的效率^[1][2]。
