摘 要

当今，创新已经成为目前政府和专家学者探讨的热点话题。由于创新环境的变化，创新所需要的创新要素也越来越多样化和复杂化，创新要素也不仅仅集中存在于单一的主体系统，而是强调多创新系统之间的合作与配合。随着创新子系统的良性互动、相互作用形成耦合互动，用构成了系统耦合机制，同时也对创新绩效产生潜在作用。

因此，本文主要的研究重点在于探讨合作创新中耦合机制。在查阅大量相关文献资料后，通过了解合作创新与耦合机制的相关理论，结合产学研耦合机制进一步剖析耦合的构成要素、特点以及耦合内外动因，分析其对创新绩效的影响。在此基础上，以辽宁省产的产学研合作为实际案例，分析其耦合机制中的优势与不足之处。最后对合作创新中的耦合机制提出合理建议，希望为建立完善耦合长效机制为企业提高经济增长质量和效益以适应经济可持续发展要求，以及未来合作创新的发展起到借鉴的作用。

Research on the Coupling Mechanism of Cooperative Innovation

Abstract

Nowadays, innovation has become currently a hot topic by the government and experts and scholars to explore. Due to changes in the environment of innovation, innovation needs the innovative elements is becoming more and more diversified and complicated, the factors of innovation has not focused exist in single agent system, but stressed that create more cooperation and coordination between the new system. With the positive interaction of innovation system, the formation of interaction coupling interaction, with constitute the coupling mechanism of the system, but also has a potential role on innovation performance.

Therefore, in this paper, the main focus of the research is to explore cooperation in innovation coupling mechanism. After consulting a large number of relevant documents and materials, through the understanding of cooperative innovation and coupling mechanism Related theory, combined with the coupling mechanism of UIC and further analysis of coupled elements, characteristic and coupling internal and external reasons, analysis its impact on innovation performance. Based on this, produced in Liaoning Province is the research together as a practical case, analysis the advantage and the shortage of the coupling mechanism. Finally, it puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the coupling mechanism of cooperative innovation, hoping to establish and improve long-term mechanism of coupling for enterprises to improve the economic growth quality and efficiency in order to adapt to the requirements of sustainable economic development, and the development of future cooperation and innovation to the role of reference.
