摘 要

科技型小微企业是今天市场经济的重要部分，可以为社会提供大量就业机会，推动科技进步。但由于管理效率低、人才缺失等固有的缺陷，导致其抗打击、抵御风险的能力相对较弱，存在融资等企业生长瓶颈。

在这样的大环境背景下，科技型小微企业为谋求生存发展的空间，逐渐把寻求战略联盟作为替自己摆脱困境的重要手段。但是在20世纪80年代，全球战略联盟的数量与日俱增，同时失败率也非常高。战略联盟是随着企业与企业之间的简单合作到日益频繁的各种合作而逐渐形成的。在市场经济还不是很发达的时候，还没有战略联盟这一概念，但是随着经济的不断发展，企业与企业之间的合作日益频繁，联盟的内容也被日益关注，成为当前主要研究课题 。

在此环境中，怎样会使我国科技型小微企业在更广的领域有所突破，这个焦点亟待解决，而采取横向联盟这一手段能很好地解决这样的问题。

本文主过查阅各类企业资料，对科技型小微企业文献进行分析，通过老师的指点，确定了有创新绩效、融合绩效、经营绩效三方面可入手，最后和老师探讨决定构建一个以创新绩效为主要研究对象的评价指标体系。在方法的选择上，本文也大致地对科技型小微企业横向战略联盟评价的几种不同方法进行了分析研究。
