摘 要

当今世界各国的竞争归根到底是科技的竞争、人才的竞争。而科技创业家是知识经济发展的重要组成部分，不管是发达国家还是发展中国家都很重视的宝贵的人力资源。因此，如何培养一个对国家社会有贡献的科技创业家，在培养科技创业家的时候有哪些素质是可以加强重视的，从而扩大科技创业家人才的队伍，这是文章的重点。

本文通过前人对于科技创业家素质的研究结论，简单的对于素质做了总结和归纳，通过基础的问卷调查方法对在校大学生进行一次访问，站在当下的社会环境，着眼科技创业家的素质在未来的发展趋势，建立相关评价体系进行分析，从而得出自己的结论，并提出相关的建议和对未来抱有自己的展望。

The Theory of Science and Technology Entrepreneurs quality evaluation index system

Abstract

In today's world of competition in the final analysis is the competition of science and technology talent competition．And technology entrepreneurs is an important part in the development of knowledge economy, both developed countries and developing countries attach great importance to the valuable human resources．Therefore, how to cultivate a social contribution to the country's science and technology entrepreneurs, in developing the qualities of science and technology entrepreneurs when what can be greater attention, so to expand the entrepreneurial talents of science and technology team, this is the focus of the article．

In this paper, the research conclusion of predecessors for technology entrepreneurs quality, simple for quality has made the summary and induction, through the base of the questionnaire survey method on a visit to college students, standing in the current social environment, focus on the quality in the future development trend of science and technology entrepreneurs, establish relevant evaluation system is analyzed, so as to their own conclusions, and put forward relevant Suggestions and have their own outlook about the future.
