摘 要

现如今是全球经济一体，市场竞争加剧与技术日新月异的世界，为了适应残酷多变的市场环境，企业的合作开发成为一条必行之路。而在企业合作开发中利益分配是否公平合理也会直接影响到企业合作开发的积极性，从而决定最后合作成功的情况。因此，良好的利益分配机制与企业合作关系的稳定性以及企业自身的发展密不可分，所以怎样建立利益分配机制是企业必须考虑的关键问题。

通过查阅和分析大量文献，我们不难发现，现如今大部分的研究都是从利益分配的含义，影响因素，机制以及方法等方面对合作创新中的利益分配问题进行了探讨研究，但是学者们运用的研究方法大多是建立博弈论模型等等，而最后提出的研究结论也都大同小异，尤其是近年来的学者研究大多也是在过去学者的经典研究基础上稍微做些许改动，而研究相对零散缺乏调理并且无统一理论。因此本文具有创新性与先导作用的是在前人基础上对影响企业的合作开发中的创新绩效进行了重点研究，并且探讨了关键因素与绩效对利益分配的影响，从而为企业利益分配问题提出高效优良的对策。

Research on the Interest distribution mechanism of the Cooperative development

Abstract

Now the global economic integration process has been accelerated,the market competition is increasing and new technology is changing at speed, in order to adapt to the cruel and changeable market environment, enterprising across the organization of joint development becomes a will. And the result of the interest distribution in the enterprise cooperation development is whether it is fair and reasonable will directly affect the enterprise's enthusiasm to develop cooperative development which would affect the final result. Therefore, establishing a good benefit distribution mechanism is directly related to the stability of the enterprise cooperation and the development of the enterprise, so how to setup the interest distribution mechanism is the key issues that the enterprise must consider.

Through reading and analyzing a large number of literature, it is not hard to find that most of the study is from the meaning of profit distribution, influencing factors, mechanism and methods of interest distribution in cooperative innovation,but the scholars by using the game theory model and so on,finally we can find the research conclusions are the same, especially in recent years, most of the scholars studies are on the basis of the classic studies or just change a little, and research is scattered and not systematic and organized. This article further discusses the key factors influence on profit distribution, and thus more excellent for enterprises to establish the effective mechanism of interest distribution.

1.1选题背景

自从上个世纪90年代以来，在技术创新革命成功的冲击之下，很多企业都开始投资大量的人力和物力资源进行技术创新，企业善于经营但毕竟自身能力有限，所以合作开发成了必行之路。而合作最后获得的利益只有进行合理分配，才能使合作的各方都满意从而继续为整体合作服务，继续为企业创造财富，为社会做出贡献。以下是本文主要的选题背景：

企业合作开发形式不一样，在合作开发中利益一直是企业的最大追求，也是开始合作的最大动力，所以怎样切割利益这块各方都在觊觎的大蛋糕是合作中困难重重的一个问题。在现实的经济运作活动中也出现了不合作开发失败的案例,出现这样的情况会有很多原因，而最主要的就是企业合作开发中不合理的利益分配。
