摘 要

小微企业一直是我国经济发展的重要力量，而且扮演者越来越重要的角色。可是，随着国际金融危机、欧债危机等经济寒流的相继来袭，绝大多数的小微企业的发展受到严重地影响，经营状况很差，甚至难以生存。为了能够生存，寻求更好的发展，提高经济利益，小微企业开始纷纷寻求战略联盟。

仔细并且深入阅读文献资料和相关的论文资料，对获得的资料进行归纳与整理。本文对小微企业、横向联盟和纵向联盟的概念理论做出了详细的阐述。然后从各自的内涵、目的、形成的动机以及基本的特征这四方面作了具体的比较。由于历史研究并不多见，所以在运行机制方面本文也只是从利益分配机制以及风险防范机制这两个角度来进行对比。通过对比研究，将理论概念与实际相结合，得出相关结论。

小微企业横向联盟是希望将市场做大，而纵向联盟则是想要稳定市场。小微企业的纵向联盟是有核心企业的，在这一基础之上，资源的分配投入和风险的分担就会影响到利益的分配。但是，横向联盟是平等的，所以就通过纳什谈判模型以及夏普利值法模型解决问题。横向联盟相互共享企业各自的资源，为了联盟的稳定性需要成员企业对于自身的建设和管理要做到更好；纵向联盟的企业是独立的个体，所以，纵向联盟想要稳定运行就需要加强彼此之间的信息交流。

Comparative Study of small and micro enterprises lateral and vertical alliances Alliance

Abstract

Small and micro enterprises have been an important force in China's economic development, but also an increasingly important role actor. However, with the international financial crisis, the European debt crisis and other economic cold successive strikes,the development of the vast majority of small and micro enterprises is seriously affecting operating in poor condition, or even to survive. In order to survive, to seek better development, improving economic interests, small and micro enterprises have started to seek strategic alliances.

Carefully read the literature and in-depth information and related papers, summarize the data obtained with the finishing. In this paper, small and micro enterprises, the concept of theoretical transverse and longitudinal Union League made a detailed exposition. Then made specific comparisons from their meaning, purpose, motivation, and the basic characteristics of these four areas. Due to historical studies are rare, so in terms of the operating mechanism of this article is only from the profit distribution mechanism and risk prevention mechanism to compare these two perspectives. Through comparative studies, the combination of theoretical concepts and practical, draw relevant conclusions.

Horizontal alliance is small and micro enterprises want to expand the market, and is the vertical alliance wants to stabilize the market. Small and micro enterprises vertical alliance is the core business, in this basis, the allocation of resources, investment and risk-sharing will affect the distribution of benefits. However, horizontal alliances are equal, so we solve the problem by Nash bargaining model and the Shapley value method models. Horizontal alliances share their resources for the enterprise alliance stability requires member companies to build and manage their own to do better; vertical alliance of members are independent individual, so you want a stable coalition running lengthwise on the need to strengthen the exchange of information between each other.
