摘 要

目的 文章以抗肿瘤药物PD-1抑制剂为中心，研究其发展现状及其未来的发展趋势。

方法 以2015年至2021年收录在CNKI数据库“PD-1抑制剂”相关的文章为文献样本，借助Bicomb和SPSS软件进行文献信息挖掘，并对高频关键词进行共现聚类分析。

结果 共检索到2015年至2021年国内共发表PD-1抑制剂相关性研究文献共计326篇，国外自2018年至2021年三年间共发表324篇文献，国内外以PD-1抑制剂为主题发表的文献数量逐年上升。经过统计，得到我国在这6年间共计有26所不同研究单位发表超过2篇PD-1抑制剂相关文献，其中超过4篇发表数的有5所，而国外近三年发表相关文献数大于5篇的共计有16所不同的研究机构。统计从CNKI上搜索所得的文献被基金资助数量，计算出共有占总发表数23.01%的文章得到了来自国家的科研基金资助。经过Bicomb和SPSS软件处理，共得到高频关键词31个，从聚类图观察总结得到我国现阶段对于PD-1抑制剂研究的3大热门研究主题。

结论 我国目前PD-1抑制剂的研究尚且处于学科发展的第二阶段，已经起步进入快速成长阶段，文献总量逐年增长且每年增长比例提高，发展速度日益加快；基金资助以国家自然科学基金为主，其次为各省市科技研究资金。主要的研究机构为各大高校及其附属医院、研究院等。我国有关PD-1抑制剂的研究逐步深入，研究方向日益多元化，研究邻域也一步步拓展。

Current Situation and Trend of Anticancer Drug PD-1 Inhibitors

Abstract

Objective To study the development status and future development trend of PD-1 inhibitor, an anti-tumor drug.

Methods Taking the articles related to PD-1 inhibitors collected in CNKI database from 2015 to 2021 as the literature samples, we used BICOMB and SPSS software to mine the literature information, and carried out co-occurrence clustering analysis on high-frequency keywords.

Result A total of 326 literatures on PD-1 inhibitors were published in China from 2015 to 2021, and 324 literatures were published in foreign countries from 2018 to 2021. The number of literatures on PD-1 inhibitors at home and abroad increased year by year. According to statistics, 26 different research institutions published more than 2 articles on PD-1 inhibitors in China in the past 6 years, of which 5 published more than 4 articles, while 16 different research institutions published more than 5 articles in foreign countries in recent three years. According to the statistics of the number of articles funded from CNKI, 23.01% of the total published articles were funded by national research funds. After BICOMB and SPSS software processing, a total of 31 high-frequency keywords were obtained. From the observation and summary of the cluster diagram, three hot research topics of PD-1 inhibitors in China at the present stage were obtained.

Conclusion At present, the research of PD-1 inhibitors in China is still in the second stage of discipline development, and has entered a rapid growth stage. The total amount of literature is increasing year by year， and the proportion of annual growth is increasing,and the development speed is accelerating; The National Natural Science Foundation of China is the main fund, followed by scientific and technological research funds of various provinces and cities. The main research institutions are universities, affiliated hospitals and research institutes. In China, the research on PD-1 inhibitors is gradually deepening, the research direction is increasingly diversified, and the research neighborhood is also expanding step by step.
