摘 要

随着知识经济的到来以及市场环境日渐变化，企业要想提高自身的核心竞争力，就必须对资源进行有效配置。因此，创新资源整合作为资源配置的重要方式之一，如何行之有效的实现便成为了企业发展中的重要问题。

本文首先对企业科技创新资源整合的相关定义，意义，研究方法和内容进行了介绍，明确了主题，同时介绍了资源整合相关理论，如知识转移理论，技术创新网络理论，三螺旋理论；然后基于该理论，将企业科技创新资源整合路径分为资源识取和资源配用，并从知识视角和社会网络视角出发，详述了具体路径的实现。同时结合南京金龙的案例，总结和分析了南京金龙整合路径的整条脉络，可以归纳为资源识别，资源获取，资源配置，资源应用四个步骤，最后进行了研究结论的总结以及给出了对目前企业的一些建议。

Research on the Integration Path of Enterprise Science and Technology Innovation Resources

Abstract

With the advent of the knowledge economy and the gradual change of the market environment, enterprises must effectively allocate resources in order to improve their core competitiveness. Therefore, the integration of innovation resources as one of the important ways of resource allocation, how to achieve effective implementation has become an important issue in the development of enterprises.

Firstly，this paper introduces the definition, significance, research methods and content of enterprise science and technology innovation resource integration, clarifies the theme, and introduces the theory of resource integration, such as knowledge transfer theory, technology innovation network theory, triple helix theory; The theory divides the integration path of enterprise science and technology innovation resources into resource identification and resource allocation, and elaborates the realization of specific paths from the perspective of knowledge and social network. At the same time, combined with the case of Nanjing Jinlong, the whole vein of Nanjing Jinlong integration path is summarized and analyzed. Four steps can be summarized: resource identification, resource acquisition, resource allocation and resource application. Finally, the conclusions of the research are summarized and given Some suggestions from the current business.

当前，伴随着经济全球化步伐的日益加快，各国企业间全球竞争日趋激烈。面企业作为科技创新的主体，更应在自主增加科技创新投入的同时，注重效率的提升。而有效的创新资源整合是提高创新的重中之重，因此本文将对企业科技创新资源整合路径进行研究。

究其缘由，一是市场环境日渐变化和险峻，企业要想提高自身的核心竞争力，就必须对资源进行有效配置，来进一步提高企业自身的创新能力和效率。而创新资源整合作为资源配置的重要方式之一，不仅可以让企业对内部的科技资源进行持续的共享与合作，也可以让企业不断汲取外部已获或未获的科技创新资源，内外两方共同协作帮助企业有效整合科技资源，促进企业长期创新绩效的发展。二是知识经济时代的到来，国家出台相关政策鼓励和提倡企业创新，同时创新的形式也逐渐从线性范式向网络范式转变。线性创新模式主要是企业内部上下内线性的创新，容易造成“闭关锁国”的现象。由于技术创新随着科技的快速发展，全球化进程的加快，技术创新呈现出复杂化和专业化的特征。单一的企业仅仅依靠内部资源整合来提高创新效率将会陷入瓶颈，并且随着知识更新速度的不断加快，企业仅凭自己的力量难以在所涉及的各个技术领域中追上技术变革的浪潮，因此就需要构建网络组织结构，让外部知识资源成为其创新的主要源泉，让企业各个外部利益相关者之间进行资源的整合共享，比如通过产学研，建立企业动态联盟，不断推动和促进知识交流增值移动，整体聚合能动效用。
