摘 要

钢铁对于每个国家来说都是国有经济里不可或缺的一部份，也是我国重点关注的对象。自1945年新中国成立之后，我国钢铁产业在发展道路上非常曲折，但是在1978年，第十一届三中全会之后，我国的钢铁行业得到了迅速的发展，并且在近几年逐渐成为国际上的钢铁生产大国。但是在我国钢铁行业满足国内以及国际市场需求的同时，我国的钢铁行业随即出现了一系列的问题。近几年来，我国钢铁行业由于行业内部出现比较严重的产能过剩，原材料价格的波动影响、国际出口贸易的阻碍，导致我国一些钢铁上市公司的生存受到压迫，出现严重的亏损。

本文将我国钢铁行业上市公司为参考对象，通过对于上市公司盈利能力的 三大指标进行分析，阐述我国钢铁行业在近几年发展过程中所面临的问题以及我国钢铁上市公司在今后的企业发展方向以及对历史遗留问题提出建议。本文会对国内35家钢铁上市公司的每股收益、净资产收益率以及销售毛利率进行分析，寻找出在当前国际钢铁行业形势以及我国市场行情下，影响我国钢铁行业上市公司盈利的因素。

Abstract

Steel for each country is an integral part of state-owned economy, also is our country focus on the object.Since new China was founded in 1945, China's iron and steel industry on the road to development is very tortuous, but in 1978, after the third plenary session of the eleventh, China's steel industry has been rapid development, and gradually become the international iron and steel production country in recent years.But in China's iron and steel industry to meet the domestic and international market demand at the same time, our country's steel industry comes after a series of problems.In recent years, China's steel industry due to the internal appear serious excess capacity, raw material price fluctuations, the export trade barriers, lead to the survival pressure of some iron and steel listed companies in China, severe losses.

This article will China's iron and steel industry listed companies as reference object, and through the three major indexes in the listed company profitability analysis, elaborated our country iron and steel industry in the process of development in recent years, the problems facing and steel listed companies in China in the future enterprise development direction and puts forward Suggestions on problems left over by history.This article will be to 35 domestic iron and steel listed companies' earnings per share, return on equity, and sales gross profit margin is analyzed, finding out in the current situation and the international iron and steel industry in our country market, the factors affecting China's steel industry listed company earnings.

1.1研究的背景和意义

1.1.1研究背景

钢铁产业在任何国家来说都属于支柱性产业，它所表现的是一个国家是否能够给人民创造基础设施建设，关系到整个社会是否进步的一个重要的标志，在近年来随着我国钢铁行业的迅速发展，越来越多的制造业开始被带动起来，从而刺激了制造业的发展，而整个我国钢铁行业发展的同时，我国逐步走上了钢铁生产大国的道路。

我国的钢铁行业的发展从改革开放以来，由于市场经济的不断发展使整个钢铁行业的组织结构不断的完善，尤其是在“十一五”期间，我国的钢铁行业在世界各国中发展最快，并且逐步满足我国在各方面的经济发展需求。但是与此同时，由于钢铁行业发展速度过快从而导致的环境问题，原料供给问题逐步突显出来，并且阻碍着整个钢铁行业的逐步前进。虽然自2000年以来我国遇到不错的发展时机，并逐步成为世界第一的钢铁生产大国，但是从整个行业的角度来看，我国钢铁产业的自主创新能力不足，产品质量无法与英美等老牌钢铁大国相提并论，行业整体布局调整较为缓慢，没有形成规模效应。

就单个钢铁企业来说，由于2008年金融危机的影响我国的钢铁上市公司在企业盈利能力上都有所下降，然而如何处理这种问题却没有一个较为完善的方法，因此对于我国钢铁企业来说，提高企业盈利能力是燃眉之急，而如何能够使我国钢铁产业能在这种大环境下提升企业自身价值，在钢铁行业快速增长的同时出现的种种问题如何根据我国钢铁行业状况处理其中的问题，这是我们所要重点关注的。
