我国商业银行理财业务发展研究——以江苏银行为例毕业论文

摘 要
我国社会在发展,经济在进步,居民手中拥有的财富在不断增加,除了传统的储蓄,居民开始有着越来越强的投资观念,货币拥有的时间价值慢慢被客户所认知。1996年,这种观念传入我国,人们开始意识到要对自己手里结余的资金进行规划,个人理财业务开始发展。同样,商业银行个人理财业务不仅增加了银行的收益,而且完善了银行的资产组成结构,也提高了银行的资产质量。这项业务具有很大的发展空间,但对我国来说,有很多问题需要克服解决。首先,有关个人理财的体系发展不完善,还有很多需要改进的地方,与国外同行业具有较大的差距。除此之外,我国银行的个人理财业务还面临外来银行的冲击。我国银行要想在市场中占据优势,就需要对不断加强自身的竞争力。针对业务中存在的漏洞和不足,不断提高和改进。本文对国内外银行的相关业务进行查阅,总结发展中的优缺点。通过对江苏银行的研究,发现我国银行个人业务发展中所包含的漏洞和不足。在总结分析的基础上,找出在目前经济发展下可以施行的个人业务发展模式。

Research on the Development of Personal Banking Business in China 's Commercial Banks——Take Jiangsu Bank as an example
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China's economy,Wealth in the hands of residents continue to accumulate,residents of investment and financial concepts are also growing,the time value of money has been slowly recognized by customers,1996 developed in China's personal wealth management business began to have a broad market,residents of the personal financial business development put forward higher requirements;Similarly, the commercial bank's personal wealth management business not only increased the bank's income, but also improve the bank's asset composition structure, but also improve the bank's asset quality.However, due to the late development of China's commercial banks personal financial business, the development of slow, financial legal team, financial management and financial market development level and foreign industry with a large gap,At the same time as Chinese and foreign banks have joined the ranks of personal financial management business development, foreign and foreign banks continue to strengthen the professional financial division team, have to seize China's huge market share, China's commercial banks personal financial business in the development of many problems encountered, but also subject to great resistance.Based on the comparison of the development of personal finance business between Chinese and western commercial banks, this paper studies the problems and causes of the development process of personal finance business of commercial banks, taking Jiangsu bank as the research object, and puts forward the countermeasures suggest.

近年来,人们开始意识到要对自己手里结余的资金进行规划,个人理财业务开始发展。这项业务在国外开始较早,进入我国内迅速发展。目前,个人理财业务已经成为银行中资金数额最多的部分,成为银行重要的业务内容。人们的教育程度不断提高,对新事物的接受度也较高,加上手里有了闲余的资金,才让这项业务迅速发展。另外,我国不断向世界经济融合,国外银行不断进驻国内,给我国市场带来巨大的冲击。国外银行无论从业务还是制度,都贴合客户实际,能给客户更完善的服务。面对这种强势的竞争,国内银行必须寻找突破点,来稳定自己的客户源,发展贴合大众实际的各项业务。经过寻找发掘,大众人群成为银行的潜在客户源。这些人需要一种方式来管理自己收入,让它有所收益。个人理财业务符合现在形势下居民的需求,民众急需一种理财业务来调控自己的收入。此业务推出后,受到民众的欢迎。这项业务有利于我国银行争夺市场,完善自身业务发展,是市场经济的新选择。
