基于EVA的电子设备制造业上市公司绩效评价研究毕业论文

摘 要

高新技术产业自新时期以来成长迅速,在国民经济以及世界经济中占有重要地位。作为制造业和高新技术交叉点的电子设备制造业,随着多年来的技术引进和自主研发,调整产业结构,促进产业革新,已经形成了较为完善的产业链体系和相当数量的专利技术,整个行业得到国家的重点扶持,该种产业企业在拥有大量先进科技的同时,往往具有投入多和风险大并存的特点,企业投资回报期长,因此,如果仅仅使用传统财务指标,会存在关于企业绩效评价方面的不足之处,造成短视,不能真实、有效、客观、科学地评价企业实际经营状况和业绩。为了解决这些缺点和弊端,需要使用新的注重股东利益和企业长远发展的财务绩效评价指标体系。

Economic Value Added(EVA),以EVA为核心的指标体系既关注企业的自身利润,而且着重强调对于股东权益的保护,妥善处理了以往使用的绩效评价指标将会计利润作为核心存在的弊端,能够较全面科学地反映电子设备制造业企业真实绩效。本文主要运用案例分析法,选取JDF公司作为案例,对 EVA在企业绩效评价中的应用效果进行研究。本文主要分为五个部分:第一部分为绪论,概括性地介绍本文的研究背景、目的、意义,研究内容及方法。第二部分为EVA适应性分析,提出理论基础,传统指标的不足和EVA指标的优点,从而引出第三部分。第三部分为EVA指标体系的构建,详细阐述了构建的原则以及行业背景,针对行业背景,详细描述EVA构建过程,解释EVA各项指标以及适应于行业的会计调整项,同时为下文涉及的分析企业绩效评价时所使用的各种理论做出铺垫。第四部分为案例分析,进行EVA指标计算得出企业EVA变化以及驱动因素分析、针对驱动因素提出EVA三个方向的提升途径。第五部分为结论与展望,基于以上研究得出本文的结论,提出了对未来的展望和可以完善的部分,以期完善我国有关电子设备制造行业的绩效评价体系。

目前,企业绩效评价发展趋势会呈现企业评价与发展战略相结合,高度关注智力资本,与经营环境优劣相结合,关注企业可持续发展能力。同时,目前国外对于EVA的评价不仅仅局限于这一个层面,同时尝试使用多维度分析,需要一个完整的绩效评价体系框架,为了能够创造更多的价值,增强竞争力,消除以价值链为基础的企业评价框架不统一的状况,可以尝试使用传统财务理论、平衡记分卡、经济增加值等多种方式结合、多角度分析,构建完整的财务绩效评价体系框架,得出对于企业财务、成长价值、社会层面的评估和建议。

Abstract

Since the new century, high-tech industry continues to develop, in the national economy and the world economy occupying an important position. As the manufacturing and high-tech intersection of electronic equipment manufacturing industry, with years of technology introduction and independent research and development, adjusting the industrial structure and promote industrial innovation, has formed a relatively complete industrial chain system and a considerable number of patented technology, the whole Industry has been the focus of the country to support the industry enterprises have a large number of high-tech at the same time, often with high input and high risk coexistence characteristics of corporate investment return period is long, so if only the use of traditional financial indicators, there will be on the enterprise performance evaluation The shortcomings, can not be true, effective, objective and scientific evaluation of the actual business conditions and performance. In order to solve these shortcomings and drawbacks, we need to use the new financial performance evaluation index system which emphasizes the interests of shareholders and the long-term development of enterprises.

Economic value of EVA (EVA), EVA as the core of the index system is not only concerned about the company's own profits, but also stressed the protection of shareholders' rights and interests, properly handle the traditional performance evaluation indicators to accounting profits as the core defects, scientific reflect the real performance of electronic equipment manufacturing company. This paper mainly uses the case analysis method, select JDF company as a case, the EVA in the enterprise performance evaluation of the application effect of the study. This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is an introduction, general introduction to the research background, purpose and significance, content and method. The second part is adaptability analysis on EVA, the advantages of the proposed comprising theory, the lack of traditional indicators and EVA index, which leads to the third portion. The third part is the construction of EVA index system, elaborated the principles of construction and industry background, for the industry background, detailed description of the EVA construction process, explain the EVA indicators and adapt to the industry accounting adjustments, while the following analysis enterprise performance evaluation of various theories used to make bedding. The fourth part is the case analysis, enterprise EVA index calculated and drivers of change analysis, to enhance the three directions of EVA approach for drivers. The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect. Based on the above conclusions, this paper draws the conclusion and puts forward the prospect and perfect part of the future, so as to perfect the performance evaluation system of the electronic equipment manufacturing industry in China. This paper attempts to find out the key factors that affect EVA, through the top-down decomposition of the target, for specific factors analysis and countermeasures, through the analysis of the key factors of economic value added to find a targeted, more in line with the reality of the enterprise The situation of the proposal, but also more on the improvement of economic value to make a relatively accurate estimate. Which for the implementation of economic value-added under the guidance of the value of the creation of an important significance.

At present in the new century, the development trend of enterprise performance evaluation will show the combination of enterprise evaluation and development strategy, pay close attention to intellectual capital, and combine the advantages and disadvantages of the business environment, pay attention to the sustainable development of enterprises. At the same time, the evaluation of EVA is not only limited to this level, but also try to use multi-dimensional analysis, the need for a complete performance evaluation system framework, in order to enable enterprises to create more value, enhance competitiveness, eliminate value chain (BSC), economic value added (EVA) and other ways to combine the multi-angle analysis, to build a complete financial performance evaluation system framework (BMI), the use of traditional financial theory, balanced scorecard, economic value added. Come to the assessment of corporate finance, growth value, social level and recommendations.
