摘 要

在互联网大背景下，企业想要快速发展和扩张业务，降低企业运营成本，加强企业内部管理，提高核心竞争力，实现可持续发展的目标是企业重点关注的内容。大型集团企业对于借助财务共享模式，实现集团加强管控、降低成本、提升服务与效率、实现精细化、智能化运营等目标的需求越来越迫切。

本文通过对财务共享中心内容的主要研究，以便构建以A公司为例的财务共享中心体系。本文包括以下几部分内容：第一部分是绪论；第二部分是财务共享中心的相关理论及概念；第三部分是A公司的财务管理现状分析，借鉴国内外优秀企业的构建经验得出构建财务共享中心的一般特点，进而结合A公司的具体情况进行可行性分析；第四部分是A公司财务共享中心体系的设计，提出了构建财务共享服务中心的基本框架，涵盖目标、原则、主要内容和主要步骤四个方面；第五部分是实施保障措施，为财务共享服务中心提供人员、流程以及信息技术的支持保障措施；第六部分是结论与展望。

Abstract

In the context of the Internet, enterprises want to rapid development and expansion, reduce business operating costs, strengthen internal management, improve core competitiveness, to achieve sustainable development is the focus of the enterprise focus on the content.Large-scale group enterprises for the use of financial sharing model, to achieve the Group to strengthen control, reduce costs, improve service and efficiency, to achieve refined, intelligent operation and other goals more and more urgent.

面对当前经济全球化、贸易自由化、金融一体化的发展趋势，企业想在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出，则必须在盈利性、持续性、稳定性和前瞻性等方面表现突出。中国经济在持续三十年的高速增长后，已经逐步进入一个稳步发展的时期，面对复杂严峻的世界经济形势，国内企业越强调开源节流、降低成本的必要性和强化基础管理的紧迫性。为了确保企业有效益、可持续性增长，必须加快推进企业管理方式由粗放型向集约化、精细化转变，有效控制企业成本费用、提防管理漏洞、预防重大风险、改善绩效指标。但是目前企业大部分财务人员在票据处理、会计核算及编制财务报告等基础性工作上花费了大部分的时间和精力，企业想要创造更高的价值和服务已经难以为继。

在公司财务管理过程中，为了有效提升管理水平和质量，必须加强财务共享中心建设，从而为财务管理工作的开展打下良好的基础。如今，建设财务共享中心的方案得到了众多企业的一致认可，它们都表示此举有助于企业提高工作效率，规范财务工作与提升管理水平。因此，财务共享中心体系的构建已逐渐成为企业财务管理模式发展的主要趋势。
