（1）2018年12月-2019年2月18号,确定论文选题为供应链整合对我国制造业企业价值的影响研究，拟定写作大纲以及开题报告。

（2）2019年2月19号-2019年3月21号,修改开题报告，根据导师的审定及建议对论文的内容结构进行调整，并进行开题答辩。

abstract：the purpose of this paper is toprovide an empirical evidence about the relationship between practices ofsupply chain management (scm) and operational performance (op). based on acomprehensive literature review, a set of scm practices has been identified andselected to develop a conceptual model as well as to establish theirrelationship to companies’ op. findings: the study consolidated relationshipsbetween the scm practices and op. according to the research results, thesepractices have a “resonant” influence on op that can explain 52.6 percentvariance of this output concept. in particular, customer focus and suppliermanagement both direct and indirect impact on op while top management supportand process control/improvement only have indirect and direct influences on op,respectively. moreover, the proposed research model analyzing the relationshipamong scm practices and op and its validation using the vietnam garmentindustry provided valuable insights both from theoretical and practicalperspectives.
