基于碳中和视角的人造板企业绿色供应链构建

摘要

随着世界各国对环境问题的重视以及科学技术的快速发展，碳减排、碳捕集等碳中和措施开始进入大众视野，为在2060年实现碳中和的目标，我国各行业必须最大程度上节能减排。人造板是我国最为重要的林产品之一，对自然资源依赖性很高，绿色供应链是考虑了环境影响和资源效率的现代管理模式，因此对人造板企业绿色供应链的构建迫在眉睫。文章通过对目前人造板行业现状的分析，找出目前人造板企业绿色供应链构建中存在的不足，并通过归纳和总结国内外学者在绿色供应链构建方面已有的经验，为人造板企业提出绿色供应链构建的改进策略，以期早日实现碳中和。

ABSTRACT

As countries around the world attach importance to environmental issues and the rapid development of science and technology, carbon neutralization measures such as carbon emission reduction and carbon capture have begun to enter the public eye. To achieve the goal of carbon neutrality by 2060, all industries in my country must maximize Energy saving and emission reduction. Wood-based panels are one of the most important forest products in my country, which are highly dependent on natural resources. Green supply chain is a modern management model that takes into account environmental impact and resource efficiency. Therefore, the construction of a green supply chain for wood-based panel companies is imminent. Through the analysis of the current status of the wood-based panel industry, the article finds out the shortcomings in the current green supply chain construction of wood-based panel companies, and summarizes and summarizes the existing experience of domestic and foreign scholars in the construction of green supply chains, and proposes for wood-based panel companies The improvement strategy for the construction of the green supply chain in order to achieve carbon neutrality at an early date.

1.绪论

1.1研究背景

随着人们生活水平的不断提高，建材和家具业也得到了快速的发展，全球范围内对于木材的需求量急剧增长，木材供应的缺口越来越突出。近年来，我国作为全球最大的人造板生产国和出口国，人造板的产量虽不断增长，但增速却有所减缓，甚至在2017年曾出现负增长的情况。这种情况一方面是受到国际大环境下中美贸易摩擦及疫情的影响，另一方面更是由于环保查处力度不断加大导致胶合板的生产成本不断攀升。因此，打造绿色企业以满足现有的生态消费需求迫在眉睫。在此环节中，绿色供应链的构建，不仅是显著增加社会效益的行为，也是取得显著经济效益的有效手段。
