摘 要

中高速发展趋势下的经济新常态对企业的财务结构造成了一定的影响。本文以新常态下的企业财务结构变革与调适研究为题，主要研究了经济新常态的具体表现和特点，以及新常态对于企业的财务管理的影响进而改变企业的财务结构的方面，并根据实际情况提出调整的建议。本文主要使用内部因素与外部因素相结合的方法来研究企业的财务结构，通过这种方法分析出企业的财务结构中负债的比率增加，筹资的金额减少，投资减少，最终使得企业的财务结构发生变化而导致企业的盈利能力下降，竞争力下降。最后在给企业财务结构的调整提出建议，能够适当的调整投资的方向，多渠道融资，节约成本等，希望能对企业做好财务工作提供参考。

Research on the transformation and adjustment of enterprise financial structure under the new normal

Abstract

The new economic normality of the high - speed development trend has certain effect on the financial structure of the enterprise. In this paper with the new norm of enterprise financial structure reform and adjustment of the title, mainly research the new economic normal concrete manifestation and characteristics, as well as the new normal for the financial management of enterprises and change the financial structure of enterprises, and according to the actual situation proposed recommendations. Methods in this paper, the use of internal and external factors combined to study the financial structure of enterprises, the analysis of the increase in the ratio of debt in the financial structure of enterprises, reduce the amount of financing, reducing investment. Ultimately, the enterprise's financial structure change caused by the decline in the profitability of enterprises, reducing their competitiveness. Finally, the adjustment of the enterprise financial structure is suggested, can adjust the direction of investment, multi-channel financing, saving costs, etc., hoping to provide a reference for the enterprise to do financial work.
