摘 要

杜邦财务分析体系是一种将净资产收益率作为中心指标，以财务指标间的勾稽关系为链接，对企业的经济效益进行评价研究的经典的财务方法。为适应当前市场经济的发展，需要在原有杜邦财务分析体系的基础上，将经营活动和金融活动拆分开来，构建新的杜邦分析体系，对企业进行更加科学的业绩评价。

在研究过程中，主要使用了案例分析法，分别以华为公司和光线传媒2014年到2018年财务数据为分析对象，研究杜邦财务分析体系改进前后对投资多样化企业在评价盈利能力、营运能力、偿债能力方面的适用程度。由于加入了新的指标，改进后的杜邦财务分析体系能用多个因子分别分析企业的盈利、营运和偿债能力，这个改动能让研究结果更有说服性。同时，借此可以更加精准地挖掘出影响企业各项能力的因素。此外，尝试引入现金流量表中的数据也是一种新的修正方式，运用定量分析法，比较各年的净经营资产现金收益率、销售现金比率和经营利润现金比率三项指标的变动情况，进而深入分析企业的经营状况并找出引用流量指标方面的不足。

研究结果表明，改进后的杜邦财务分析体系适用于投资活动丰富的企业，管理者能很快通过分析结果，分别针对经营活动和金融活动，制定调整决策，并落实到位。加入了现金流量的杜邦财务分析体系主要适用于现金流使用效率高的企业，使业绩评价更为全面，能为相关各方提供相关的信息。

Applicability and Extensibility of Improved DuPont Financial Analysis System

Abstract

DuPont financial analysis system is a comprehensive analysis method which takes the return on equity as the core index and the articulation relation between financial indicators as the link to evaluate the economic benefits of enterprises. In order to adapt to the current development of market economy, on the basis of the original DuPont financial, the business activities and financial activities will be separated, to construct a new DuPont analysis system to conduct a more scientific performance evaluation of the enterprise.

In the research process, the case analysis method was mainly used to analyze the financial data of Huawei and Enlight Media from 2014 to 2018, respectively, to study the applicability of DuPont's financial improvement in the evaluation of profitability to enterprises with varied improvement, operating capacity and solvency. With the addition of a new index, the improved DuPont finance will be able to analyze the company's profitability, operations and solvency on several separate indexs, which makes the results more convincing. At the same time, it can dig out the factors more accurately which affect the ability of the enterprise. In addition, trying to introduce the data in the cash flow statement is also a new way of correction. I use quantitative analysis method to compare the changes of the three indicators of cash return on net operating assets, cash ratio of sales and cash ratio of operating profit in each year to analyze the operating status of the enterprise and find out the shortcomings of the cited traffic indicators.

The results show that the evaluation effect of the improved DuPont finance analysis system refers to enterprises with varied improvement, and the managers are able to make adjustment decisions quickly based on the results of the analysis, and implement them in place. The addition of cash flow to DuPont finance analysis system is mainly suitable for enterprises with high cash flow efficiency which makes the performance evaluation more comprehensive and provides more relevant information for relevant parties.
